SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AVA JOY SABELLA-NAVIDAD, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of


Lanang, Davao City as by these presents have NAMED, CONSTITUTED and
APPOINTED, BELLE AMOR R. SABELLA both of legal age, Filipinos, single and
residents of Davao City to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact to me and in
my name, place, and stead to do perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent, process, apply for the issuance of my transcript of record,


diploma and other necessary documents in San Pedro College;

2. To execute, sign and claim, deliver all necessary documents or in writing


of whatever kind and nature that may be necessary and required \ in
connection with and for the purpose of accomplishing the purpose of
the preceding paragraph hereof;

3. To pay and receive all documents in relation to the above-mentioned


application.

4. To perform any and all other acts as may be necessary to carry the
foregoing authority for the sole purpose herein provided.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power


and authority to do and perform all acts and things requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority to all extent and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all
acts that may said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me
and in my behalf under and by virtue hereof.
