sunlight – it’s the best source of Vitamin D and it nourishes your skin. It also helps to keep your
mind in perfect health. One of the main reason for depression is not getting enough sunlight.

Rest – take rest whenever needed. And when you work long hours during the night, there will be too
much heat in your body. It spoils your internal organs.

Diet – follow a simple diet and have food at the same time each day. My usual routine is 8.30
am/pm (breakfast and dinner ) and lunch at 1.30pm

exercise – simple exercise like super brain yoga or sun salutations can highly benefit you.

Self-confidence – the more you associate with positive people there will be growth. Most times you
think about the stuff that are un-necessary. Your mind is constantly worrying and overthinking, so
take care of it.

Friends and family – sometimes someone is backbiting and sometimes people will gossip about
you. They will talk behind your back, its good to avoid bad company and move on with your life.
Pick the right friends , you need to be more careful with it.

Toxins have to be eliminated and most people avoid going to the toilets in the morning. It is
advised that everyone should go to the toilet twice regularly. And also meditate twice a day.

Oil bath has a lot of benefits and we have stopped it because there is no time for us. People don’t
realize the importance of cooling the body. Use edible oil that is available locally and it would do
wonders in your life.

You must have practice of having sex only twice in a month. No masturbation and NO porn. The
habit of watching VR PORN or PORN videos would ruin the relationship with your spouse. The
effect may not be immediate and it acts in sub-conscious mind.

In every six months, take medicines for better bowels. Because there are lot of toxins inside your
intestine. If you have any disease this year, then this could be the reason.

Praying is good for your mental health. In any religion, praying in your room for 20 minutes can
bring more positivity.

Vara, thithi, nakshatra, yoga, karnan

vara means health of a person and it’s the day the person is born. Worshipping on the vara would
bring good health to the native. There is a lord for every day and it depends on the individual
horoscope.

Thithi means wealth of a person and it’s during the night time after 6pm. Worshipping on your birth
tithi would give you lots of money and luck.

Nakshatra is during early morning before sunrise. And it would give a person good character. It
means devotion to god and he will avoid/stop bad cravings like smoke or drink or drugs or illegal
sex. Overall it means good character of a person.

Yogam is unnoticed by many people and it means relationships. Most people would have strained
relationships and praying to that GOD during yogam time which is after sunrise and before 12pm
afternoon. It helps to solve all the marital issues and fights

karnam means to work/career of a person. If you workship the karna lord then there will be
improvement in your education/work place and increments is possible. Promotions will be given
very fast.

It is good if you pray atleast once to these 5 gods. There will be improvements in your life overall.
There might so many rituals on youtube but this would work well. In the next step, there will be a
simpler ritual for the things that we learnt now.

Take bath in nature

take bath in the river once in six months. I know it may seem stupid but the remedy works. Your
karmic debts are washed away to some extent. Another thing is spending time with sea water. Your
karmic debts are washed away when you bath in the sea water. It is also a great relaxation for you as
well as your family.
