1. What are the personal characteristics of an ideal teacher?

Answer: The personal characteristics of an ideal teacher is that they should be able to
inspire their students to work hard in class and would constantly encourage and motivate
his or her students to do the right thing. He or she should make pupils feel as at ease and
confident as possible in the classroom.

2. What talents and skills do you have that can be shared or used when you become a full-
fledged teacher?
Answer: One of the talents and skill that can be shared when I become a full-fledge teacher
is multitasking because teaching entails more than just sticking to the syllabus and grading
test papers. A competent teacher must keep her eyes on the back of her head and be able to
watch her students' behavior and maintain their attention while teaching.

3. Think of a teacher whom you consider to be talented and skillful in his/her teaching.
How do his/her talents benefit his/her teaching?
Answer: My teacher in Senior High School because of their hard work and leadership, I can
benefit their teaching by giving them a purpose in our lives. Making their jobs simpler and
telling them how much we value them.

1. What other needs of a teacher can you identify?

Answer: The other needs of a teacher is adaptable because teachers who are more
adaptable are better equipped to adjust to changing teaching conditions and manage a
complicated profession.

2. As future teachers, what do you think is the best way that the government can do to meet
the needs of teachers?
Answer: As a future teacher, I think that the most effective way for the government to assist
new teachers is to investigate and establish a high-quality classroom management
program.

3. Do you believe that teachers are treated unfairly compared to other professions? Why?
Answer: Yes, because the instructor had to deal with noisy kids and teens who would stay
up all night to accomplish their schoolwork. The government does not provide them with
enough funds to compensate them for what they have done for the pupils, not to mention
the fact that they have little time to spend with their families and bond with them because
of their profession. When they go home, the first thing they do is finish their homework and
prepare their daily classes, which is why they are regarded so differently from other
professions.
