Voice Over:
Christmas is a season of praise and thanksgiving for the
incarnation of God in Jesus Christ, and continues through the
Day of Epiphany. The name Christmas comes from the season's
first service, the Christ Mass. Epiphany comes from the Greek word
epiphania, which means "manifestation." Therefore, we celebrate
Christmas as a symbol of love and happiness.
Voice Over:
With resounding applause, let us welcome our masters of ceremonies,
Miyuki Gwen L. Abastillas and Willene Faith P. Mana.
(Sound Effects)
Miyuki: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, A fine morning
greetings to you, Willene!
Willene: Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh, A vigorous
morning greetings to you, too Miyuki!
Miyuki: Christmas is the biggest festival all over the world. People of all
countries irrespective of their religion, celebrate Christmas with
fun and party. Christmas is considered as the birthday of Jesus
Christ whose life influences mankind most.
Willene: You may now take your seats. (pause for a while)
An enthusiastic Grade 1 pupil, Queen Elizabeth Felina C.
Lumantas, will share to us her Welcome Address. Let’s welcome her with a
resounding applause.
(Welcome Address)
Miyuki Thank you, Queen. The Nativity of Jesus refers to the accounts
of the birth of Jesus in the Gospels of Luke and Matthew. The
Nativity of Jesus in Christian theology concerns the
Incarnation of Jesus in human form, free of sin, and acting in
obedience to and in fulfillment of the divine will of God, and
opening the opportunity for salvation.
Miyuki : This time, let us witness the Birth of Jesus Christ via video
presentation.
(Song Number)
Miyuki: Thank you for that very soulful rendition of the song, Yuna.
It was a great performance, indeed!
Willene: To show how talented and charming our Nursery 2 pupils are,
let us lend our ears to their Christmas carol presentation.
A deafening applause for them !

Miyuki: Excellent performance, pupils ! Thank you for that! Agnes
Pharos defined Christmas in a very meaningful way. Christmas
is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, and hope
for the future; it is fervent wish that every cup may overflow with
blessings rich and eternal, and that every path may lead to
peace.
Willene: Absolutely true, Miyuki. To share to us more wonderful thoughts
about this once in a year celebration, let us lend our ears to our
director of administration, Teacher Rosalina G. Tampil with her
message. Let’s all give her a warm round of applause.
(Christmas Message)
Miyuki: Thank you teacher Rose for that very meaningful message.
Christmas is indeed forever; not just one day; for loving,
sharing, giving are not to put away like bells and lights and
tinsel, in some box upon a shelf. The good you do for others is
good you do for yourself.
(Community Singing)
Miyuki: Finally, the first part of our Christmas celebration ends. Let us
always remember that Christmas means a time for fellowship,
feasting, giving, and receiving, a time of good cheer, and a time
to unite with our family at home.
Willene: You’re right, Miyuki. May Jesus provide every one of us peace,
love, and progress especially in this red-letter season!
