    RATIONALE:
    Section 13, Article II of the constitution, declares that, “The state
    recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation building and shall promote their
    physical, mental, moral, spiritual, and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth
    patriotism and nationalism, and encourage their involvement in public and civic
    affairs.”

    The Sangguniang ng kabataan aims to celebrate the youth in the barangay of


    Tagoloan and to provide an avenue for them to develop artistic, leadership, sports
    and talents. To confer with the different members of KK regarding the Sangguniang
    Kabataan programs, projects, and activities.
    Education and training indicate discipline and growth via study and learning. A
    liberal education is defined as the development of mental faculties (learning to
    know). Training is practical instruction (learning to do) or practice in some art, trade,
    or profession, usually under supervision: art training, teacher training. 4. The terms
    education and culture are frequently used interchangeably to refer to the outcomes
    of schooling. However, education mostly refers to the knowledge gained. Culture is a
    way of thinking and feeling that education promotes. It implies a desire for and
    appreciation of high intellectual and aesthetic ideals: a country's degree of culture is
    determined by its citizens' education.

    OBJECTIVES:
     To provide an avenue where the youth can develop their talents in culture, arts
    and sports.
     To provide equal opportunity where youth leadership could be further empowered
    through various activities, trainings and exposure.
     To Provide Quality Education For all
     To help Students For their Studies.

    RECOMMENDATION:
    It is hoped that through this endeavor, will be able to provide opportunities for the
    young people in Casinglot,Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
