This study will use a survey questionnaire of two types: one for Mental Health survey and the
other for Home-based learning. The researcher will use the modified questionnaires from the Internet
and other research questionnaire. However, before it will be used in the field, it will undergo simple
validation by the guidance counselors and people who are expert in the field.

ALikert scale is a type of rating scale that is used to measure people's views, attitudes, or behaviors.
Likert scales are widely used in survey research because they make it simple to operationalize
personality traits or views.

(Tudlo ang powerpoint kag ihambal) The following parameters using the Five-Point Likert Scale will be
used for mental health and home-based learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lopez:
This chapter presents an analysis and interprets data collected using a survey questionnaire created by
the researcher. The data are presented according to the order of the statement of the problem in
chapter 1.

(Basa sa powerpoint
After basa, basahun ang script.)
In general, the mental health of the respondents during COVID-19 pandemic was described sometimes
as an evident proof that they experienced anxiety and stress brought by the said pandemic. It is
supported by the study of Hasan (2019) who stated that anxiety disorders cause people to feel
frightened, distressed, or uneasy during situations in which most people would not feel that way. Left
untreated, anxiety disorders can make it hard for students to get schoolwork done for study. It may
affect their relationships with peers and teachers, too. In some cases, students with anxiety disorders
miss a lot of school day or they may avoid school altogether.
