Stakeholders Facilitation Services

Towards responsive governance and providing effective service delivery with better
facilitation to the stakeholders at large, in addition to the existing helpline services,
IEPFA has envisaged an exclusive Facilitation service for all the stakeholders,
every working Friday between 3 P.M. and 5 P.M through Video Conferencing
mechanism, for which a separate link shall be provided.
2. Senior Officers of IEPF Authority shall be available to respond to queries and
resolve grievances of stakeholders.
3. As the data related to IEPF processes is private and confidential, therefore it is
requested that the claimant may produce his or her own photo identity proofs like
PAN Card, Aadhaar Card etc. as filed in IEPF-5 web-form for proper identification.
4. This stakeholder facilitation services shall be initiated from 1 April 2022, Friday.
