ABSTRACT
In the current era there are many websites dealing with individual businesses online such as
shopping for clothes sale and purchase of goods. But there is no website available for online
sale and purchase of pets, animals and the accessories needed my various users in the following
business. People don’t have any individual platform for sale and purchase in this business. So,
we have decided to provide our separate platform for this business by designing an app for sale
and purchase of different kind of animals such as dogs, cats, cattle etc. people in this business
are required to have a proper sale and purchase portal where they can provide information about
the animal, they want to sale and can view the information about any animal they want to buy
in all the categories provided in the app. For this a well-designed android app with user friendly
GUI and easy in use will be provided by us which will make the online sale and purchase of
animals and their accessories easy and less time consuming and efficient.
1 INTRODUCTION
Sale and purchase of animals is a kind of business which is growing in Pakistan but no specific
attention is paid to this business here in Pakistan. For this business we need to do a lot of effort
and it consumes a lot of time. In epidemics such as COVID 19 in which many businesses faced
downfall this business also faced this situation because people were not able go out and visit
each other in person to sale and purchase pets or animals or their accessories. The reason for
this was that people don’t have a platform for this to make it easy to sale and purchase animals
as well as their accessories online without any effort and without any less consumption of time.
So our project is to develop an android app which will provide the users in the respective
business an online platform where anyone in the respective business can be registered and can
post the details along with contact price and pictures of the animals they want sale and can
purchase the animal buyer wants to purchase in this way a lot of time and effort can be reduced
and this business will gain a lot of attention all over Pakistan we will initially apply this idea
for specific cities and then after success we will expand and update it to national level.

2 PROBLEM STATEMENT
In the past, earning online money isn’t easy but now a days as we know it is very stable way
of earning because you can earn money within hours but as we know if something has
advantages there exist disadvantages too. All websites available for pet shop consists of
different modules as well as functionalities. We cannot be able to find single platform on which
we can buy as well as sell our pets. There are websites regarding pet shop but it’s hard to find
some app or website where we can sell our pets. Many people in Pakistan buy their pets from
abroad but there is lack of satisfaction. This project will cover these flaws. People will spend
their money within Pakistan instead of abroad.

We don’t have a single platform that provides all the stuff, information within our country.
Many people in our country don’t have specific platform to sell or buy the pets on a single
platform it’s all because the lack of resources. So, we are building them a single platform where
they can sell or buy pets. If we want to find any app for pet shop, we cannot find it for pets
only.

3 PROBLEM SOLUTION FOR PROPOSED SYSTEM
We will offer all the functionality that we are unable to find on single platform. As we have to
go through many websites or app to find specific platform for pets only. This system will cover
all the flaws, disadvantages, requirements, drawbacks and limitation that we face during buying
or selling of our pets. Like, if someone wants to sell their pets. He will upload its information
and if someone is interested in buying that he will contact the seller within the app because we
are implementing information security which will allow users to not share their personal
information. To prevent scam, we are implementing the concept of blockchain. They have to
trade through the app. If someone violated our security their account will be deleted. Unless
they really want to buy pets.

5 ADVANTAGES/BENEFITS OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

• We are providing a single platform to user so we can save his time of going to
different apps or websites to buy or sell their pets as well as gets the accessories for
their pets.

• We are providing the user-friendly environment. So, it will be easy to search for pet’s
user want to buy.

6 SCOPE
This system will provide the information security. So, non-serious users will not able to fraud.
It will target all the audience with in Pakistan to buy or sell their pets according to their needs.
It will provide a great opportunity to people in Pakistan that doesn’t have any specific platform
for pets. This application will provide multiple type of accounts for seller as well as buyer and
the higher focus will be on security because now a day’s people are building scams. All the
information regarding use of application will be given in help menu. If the user tries to violate
our terms (share personal information) we will take action against them and delete their
account. We will try to add the concept of block chain to prevent scams.

7 MODULES
This system will have following modules

7.1 User Accounts:

This system will have multiple accounts of buyers, sellers. Both users have functionalities of
buying aa well as selling of pets. Seller will upload the details of pet.

7.2 Admin

Admin account will supervise all accounts and their work regularly and monitor their activities.
Admin can delete account manually in case of misuse of our term of services.

7.3 Transaction

This module will handle all the possible pets or accessories user want to buy. As well as star
the particular item they want to buy.

7.4 Signup

This module will help the users for what purpose they want to register. So, we can differentiate
their category according to their need.

8 SYSTEM LIMITATION/CONSTRAINTS

• This system only be accessible with in our country.

• This system will make transections only in PKR.
• User must not have to share their personal info otherwise account will be deleted.

9 SOFTWARE PROCESS METHODOLOGY

The most authentic and suitable process methodology for this system life cycle is prototyping.

9.1 Prototype

This system will be developed in module wise, first it has to define its users as buyer or seller
and then their integration with other users as well as with admin. First it has to developed in a
way to check whatever the requirements of our project are meeting with this project or not by
the help to architecture design. And then we will perform the verification and validation test.

12 DATA GATHERING APPROACH

Techniques that are used for collecting requirements are as follows:

13 CONCEPTS
We will learn a lot of skills during the development and testing of this project. Front end
development with responsive designs, designing the relevant graphic works and will also learn
about the selection, understanding and making the most suitable logo for our application.
Programming languages are most important for the development of project so we will learn
about the basic concepts of languages that will be used in the development of the project and
after that we will maintain the system according to the market/field requirements. Data storage
is the most important task now a days, so we will use SQL queries to get data from the backend
users and store it in our database. It is very important to stay alert of user’s data to analyze and
monetarize the working status of our clients and users so we will use database to complete such
tasks.

16 CONCLUSION
The application will help seller and buyer to easily sell or buy their pets. It will have user-
friendly interface, easy to use and less time consuming rather than other applications. This
application will cover the flaws as well as payment transaction issues of seller in our country.
It will help us to understand android application while working on it as a team. This system
color scheming will not affect the user eyes he will enjoy to use the application. We will reduce
the time complexity and the cost. Through this system seller can easily sell their pets and the
buyer will easily buy the pets while sitting in home. The future work will be done after
completion of these modules.
