Assignment: Analysis of HRM Issues

Select any organization that you have access to meet and interview its HRM/ Personnel manager.
Interview HR/Personnel Manager. Discuss the organization vision, mission, broad business
strategies and HR functions performed by the organization. Uncover a HR related problem or
problems. Write a report focusing on the followings:

HR functions performed by the organization.


HR related problem or problems faced by the organization.
Analysis on the problem (s) discussing its root courses.
Discussion on solutions if given (has the problem been solved by the solutions
given? If not, why?
If the problem(s) has not been solved, your suggestions to solve the problem(s).

Type of the Assignment: Group (maximum 5 members)

Date of Submission: On the date of the 8th session

No. of Pages : Maximum 08 pages (remember, what matters is not the quantity but the
quality)

Additional Notes : Maintain academic writing style. Plagiarism will be a punishable offense.
