Pls note, that version is for desktop windows XP /win7(32bit) computer
Installation

1.Double click icon“Setup ”


2. Click: Next---Next

Choose the desktop, then click Next

Install Finish

3. Turn off the computer, plug the NcStudio card into computer PCI port, then
fix the screws

Conect the data wires( one end for the NcStudio card, the other end for
control cabinet

4. Restart computer, on the bottom right has the message for find the new

driver , choose “auto install the driver”→next→finish the driver

card installation

5.Double click the icon“ ”to open the software

Modify Parameters
Click“Params”
1.Machining
click“Params”→input Normal Jog ： 4000 mm/min
Rapid Jog ： 5000 mm/min
G00 Feedrate ： 5000 mm/min
Machining ： 4000 mm/min
Chose item No. 1 2 8，others don’t change, then click Apply

2.Choose Manufactory →input：NCSTUDIO ,click“OK”


Start（Mechanical）Coor Z: -150 mm
End （Mechanical）Coor X: 600 mm ，Y : 900 mm
Mobile Calibrator
Thickness of the ： 15.3 mm
Motor Parameter
X : 0.00625 mm/pulse Y : 0.00625 mm/pulse Z : 0.003125 mm/pulse
when you work on round material, if rotary axis is put in front and back
(as Y axis direction, chuck turning as X axis direction), you need to modify
X axis pulse parameter: material diameter*3.14/1600/3=

Start-up Feedrate： 300 mm/min


The maxium feedrate of Z axis： 1500 mm/min
Linear Acceleration: 400 mm/min²
Connection Acceleration: 500 mm/min²
Maximum rpm of the spindle: 24000 rpm
Startup/stop delay of the spindle： 10 millisecond

3. Click: Apply
