GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
I. RATIONALE: Science has contributed a lot of breakthroughs in
mankind. Also, it became a huge part of the lives of
the students since then thus, opening one’s mind in
many aspects and letting us to discover possibilities
that were beyond our own knowledge.
To honor the National Science month, the Santiago
National High School mainly the Science Department
have planned to have Virtual Science Month Celebration
not just to celebrate the said event but also to boost and
improve the talents, skills and capabilities of the learners.
To ensure the success of the program, a well-
prepared plan was made ahead of time, which will serve
as the guide in conducting the said event. Also, dealing

with the on-going pandemic, utmost safety precautions


was also regarded to ensure the well-being of all the
participants.

The program aims to:

a. Conduct Virtual Activities such as Slogan, Poster,


Recycled Materials, Tiktok and Quiz Bee in

b. To showcase the talents, skills, and capabilities of
the students by participating in different activities
c. Establish strong linkages to parents and other

1. The Executive Team


 Serves as overall decision and policy making body in coordination with
the technical working teams
 Monitors the timeline in the conduct of the activity

2. The Planning Team


 Drafts and submits the training proposal for approval
 Finalizes the training matrix and communicates the same to all the teams
 Directs the flow of the activity

3. Accommodation Team
 Cater the questions of the participants about the program
 Disseminators of need Google meet link for each respective activities.
 Reaching out the participants of the respective activities and making sure
that they can successfully join the competitions.

4. The Registration Team


 Provides registration sheet for all the participants

 Records the proceedings of the activity

 Captures important proceedings in pictures and in videos

 Designs and drafts program for the activity

7. The Certificate Committee


 Prepares certificates for the participants and the resource speaker.

8. Technical Team

 Making sure of the effectiveness of the use of ICT and any other
technology related apps, or website in the conduct of the event.

9. The Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation


(QATAME) Team

 Ensures that Quality Assurance standards and regulations are met by the
organizing committee in the conduct of the training
 Consolidates feedback/evaluation and submit quality assurance report of
the activity
