Learning and development teams from each district presented the status and details of IPBT implementation in their areas and identified needs for improvement. 3. The activity aimed to develop adjusted action plans at the district level to ensure beginning teachers and mentees are properly guided through the IPBT. Over 100 school personnel from across the division participated in the event.

PROGRAM FLOW

1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 4, s. 2022 titled Implementation


of the Learning Empowerment, Advancement, and Development Endeavors and
Recourses (LEADERS) Program; in accordance with the DepEd-NEAP Pilot
Implementation of Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT); and, Division
Memorandum No. 16, s. 2022 titled Orientation on the Pilot Implementation of
Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT) and Capacity Building for
Learning and Development Team on Formation and On-Boarding Rapport
Management (FORM) Project, the Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro
announces the Cliniquing Activity on the Status of the Division Implementation
of Induction Program for Beginning Teachers on May 26, 2022 and June 2,
2022 via face-to-face modality at a venue within Oriental Mindoro.

2. The event aims to:

a. provide avenue for the Division/District Learning and Development


Teams on Project FORM to present, share and discuss the status, necessary
details, identified needs, concerns and practical intervention in the
implementation of IBPT; and,

b. develop respective District adjusted plans of actions to ensure that


beginning teachers and other identified mentees are properly accommodated,
oriented, guided, and mentored in the Division and agency thru the
implementation of IPBT.
3. Participants of this activity are Division Key Officials, Focal and Co-
Operating Section Officers, and Division/District Learning and Development
Teams on Project Form which include the following personnel:

Supervisors (PSDS) shall be recognized as *Division/District L&D Team on
Project FORM Members. The PSDS and District L&D Team on Project FORM, in
coordination with School Heads and identified mentors, shall act as the focal
group in the facilitation and management of the IPBT in the District level. The
