At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
1. analyze the dance steps of cumbia zumba fitness,
2. execute the dance steps of cumbia zumba,
3. appreciate cumbia zumba as a form of dance exercise and physical
fitness.

Now, let’s dance the zumba.

some trivia.

Did you know that, the basic


steps of zumba involves a
combination of Latin dance,
such as cumbia, salsa, samba,
raggaeton, merengue, cha-cha-
cha, mambo, rumba, and
flamenco. Many steps have
been included to make the
dance more exciting such as
belly dancing, hiphop and also
the modern dances now a
days.

At this moment, we will focus


first to the cumbia dance with
the combination of Latin dance
