SUBJECT : Spot Report re: battering incident

DATE : May 22, 2022

1. Reference:

a. Telephone Call from concerned citizen.

2. On or about 4:20 o’clock in the morning of May 22, 2022 at barangay


Calaba, Bangued, Abra, one (1) Chesly Amoyo of legal age and resident of said place
were battered by his live-in partner identified as Heinrich Dacquel, 24 years old,
resident of Zone 7, Bangued, of said province, temporarily residing in the said place.

3. Initial investigation disclosed that suspect while under the influence of


intoxicating liquor, arrived home and with no apparent provocation battered the victim.
Then and there, victim run towards the nearest barangay hall and subsequently called
the Municipal Police Station of Bangued. Suspect found the victim which resulted in a
heated argument between the Suspect and the Victim during their heated altercation;
suspect punched the victim hitting on the right side of the face resulting to the victim
stumbled to the ground unconsciously. By the time the police respondents arrive on the
scene, suspect tried to escape but failed due to the slippery condition of the place,
suspect slipped and stumbled to the ground unconsciously.
