Report No. 1 = NETSUITE

ORACLE

INTRODUCTION
What is NetSuite ?
NetSuite is an online service company that enables various
companies to manage all key business processes in a single
system. The service involves no hardware, no large and upfront
license fee, no maintenance fees associated with hardware or
software, and no complex set ups.
Companies use NetSuite for enterprise resource planning
(ERP) and to manage inventory, track their financials, host e-
commerce stores and maintain customer relationship

management (CRM) systems. This flexible platform can be
applied to a range of business applications.
Many companies are turning to the cloud for delivery of their
business system to lower their operating costs and strengthen
their competitive advantage.
NetSuite is a lot of things. NetSuite is not just the software,
but also a standalone company as well. This is, until they were
acquired by Oracle. At the core it’s a business management
system. It can be used to run all aspects of our business.
NetSuite features robust reporting and dashboarding
capabilities. Most of our data can be shown in a highly visual
way. This allows we to easily see what’s going on, at a glance.
Because it’s interactive, we can drill down into more specific
issues we may have. This allows us to discover the root cause of
small problems, before they become big problems.
The system is setup to handle work management through
activities. These include tasks, phone calls, events and
calendaring. It can also integrate with third party calendaring
software, such as Microsoft Outlook and Google Apps, using
extensions or integration tools. The system is feature rich, with
tools to manage employees as well.

NetSuite can handle managing our own warehouses. Or we can

use it to provide data to third party logistics warehouses, often
referred to as 3PLs. It can handle manufacturing management,

jobs, assemblies and builds, and process tracking. And there is
so much more that listing it all would be exhausting.
In addition to all of this, if we need a more custom solution, that
can be provided too. There are a host of third party companies,
who provide solutions, that connect to NetSuite. Most of the
time we can find just what we are looking for. Additionally, the
system is extremely customizable, allowing us to change
everything, from the look and feel of the interface, down to how
transactions flow through it. We can change how forms, fields,
records, and almost any part of the system behaves. Aa
developer, can relatively easily add custom code to it, through
workflows and scripts. This code can be as simple as a few
lines, to make minor changes, or as complex as we want to make
it. We can even write entire applications inside the system.
Best of all the scripting is all done with JavaScript. This means
most developers can pickup on the interfaces NetSuite provides,
which they refer to as SuiteScript, very quickly and easily.
And, there is thorough documentation to help move things
along.

NetSuite is that it all runs on hosted servers. The buzzwords are

“In the Cloud”. Basically this means, that we don’t have to
worry nearly as much about backup and security, connectivity,
system validation and testing, provisioning, upgrades, or any
of the other things that typically go along with a large business
application such as this. Being browser based means that we
can use it anywhere we have an internet connection.

At its core, NetSuite, and really any large business system is a
communications tool, first and foremost. This is a definition
that we might not expect, but when we think about it for a
moment it becomes perfectly accurate. If we are entering
purchase requisitions, we are communicating to purchasing
manager, accounting department, or other co-workers, that we
will be, or need to, purchase something. If we enter a work
order or service request, we are communicating that there is a
problem with a particular product or service. If we are entering
information for just about any reason, we are communicating
with someone, and this could include communicating with
future self. The reason people don’t think of NetSuite as a
communications tool though, is because the communication is
well structured. This is as opposed to unstructured
communication in email, Slack, Reddit, and of course Google
and Facebook. It’s this well structured aspect that makes it such
a great business tool.

HISTORY OF NETSUITE

NetSuite was started by Evan Goldberg, with funding provided
by Larry Ellison. As NetSuite grew it increased headcount. Jim
McGeever was brought on early in 2000 as the CFO to help
with finances and growth. Zach Nelson was brought on to fill
the critical role of CEO at the growing company in 2002, and
also has strong ties back to Oracle. He stayed with the company
all the way through its acquisition by Oracle in 2016. Jim and
Evan still work for the NetSuite division of Oracle as of 2018.

With this leadership team, NetSuite went
public in 2007 and began a major growth
initiative. This included growth due to
internal hiring, a deeper code base and more
functionality, and customer growth. Lots
and lots of customer growth.
One of the first things NetSuite did after
going public was to work on and release
OneWorld. OneWorld is their largest enterprise product, and
it allows a single company to have multiple business units. Each
of these business units get their own pseudo instance of NetSuite.
The instances all roll up to a parent company, but in this way, the
largest businesses can break out their business units into
subsidiaries. Some of the information and settings are shared
between business units, and some is not.

A few years after OneWorld was released, NetSuite also created

an edition of the software called NetSuite CRM. Not
surprisingly it focused almost entirely on the CRM or Customer
Relationship Management space. This edition is setup to be a
lower cost entry point for the system. The CRM edition is also
designed to be an entry point that can be implemented by a
department other than finance or accounting.
Aside from the different editions that have been created. The
NetSuite software has also grown over the years to include lots
of increased functionality. This can be seen in modules such as

Advanced Billing, Light Manufacturing, and Suite Commerce.
Each of which add functionality that is new to the system.
Much like other tech companies, NetSuite has also expanded
through acquisitions. In 2008, not too long after their IPO, they
purchased OpenAir, which helped to fill out their project
management capabilities. They also purchased TribeHR, in
2013, in order to provide a complete human resources and
people management solution. A couple of years later they
purchased Bronto software, which allowed them to integrate
robust marketing capabilities into the system. These are just a
few of the more high profile acquisitions, there are many more.
Later in 2016, NetSuite itself was acquired by Oracle, in a
multi-billion dollar deal.
In addition to all of this expansion, NetSuite has had to expand
their physical footprint, in terms of both offices and datacenters.
They currently run dozens of offices around the world, and have
six datacenters.

The truth is, that NetSuite as a company has a rich history of

expansion and growth.

SWOT ANALYSIS ON NETSUITE
Strengths:
1. 100% cloud based: This is biggest strength of NetSuite i.e it
provides cloud based software to the clients.
2. Designed for remote access: NetSuite is designed is
remotely accessible . It includes very simple and easy method
to use. One learn NetSuite software very easily within a less
span of time.
3. Pricing approach: Also worth mentioning is the modular
approach of NetSuite. Essentially, it enables users to select
and license only the modules they need. This empowers the
user and reduces costs.
4. Fastest Implementation: As compared to other Companies
software NetSuite provides very fast implementation. There
are other software which are good to use but don’t have high
speed to implement the program whereas NetSuite is excellent
in fast implementation
5. Accelerated growth: With the help of this integrated
software there can be an expansion to multiple locations and
there can be additional sales channels which can be done
faster because of the unified order and the accounting
management processes and data. It also helps the company for
upsell and cross-sell for better efficiency for the existing
customers for an improved visibility.
6. Improves visibility: To take decisions it is important to have
a real-time visibility. Due to this information can be accessed

from anywhere and anytime without wasting the resources on
the data extraction. This has made all the processes accurate
and faster.
7. Customizations : The primary feature of Netsuite is its
mobility. It can be customized according to the needs of the
businesses. Users can easily customize their forms, fields, and
records very easily. With Netsuite customizations,
organizations can build new functionalities, workflows, and
process business demands accordingly to the exact business
needs of the users.
Weakness:
1. Fully dependent on Internet connection: As everything is a
cloud based software it works on Internet connection. A loss
of Internet connection can result into delay in the output.
2. Customizations Require Proper Maintenance and
Constant Support: The customization process is highly
sophisticated. This demands for proper maintenance and
support from Netsuite service providers. NetSuite
partners make sure that it does not become a burden for
you. They provide a source of additional support without
any delay. Usual customizations wouldn't be involved in
this. This only happens while the company looks for a more
complex and sophisticated set of customizations.
3. Subscription cost : As the system resides on the cloud
platform, Netsuite is having yearly subscription patterns for
the number of users and accounts. As the number of users and
accounts increases which also causes the increase of ERP

maintenance cost. However, compared to the future results
and expenses on conventional methods this expenditure is
worth investing.

Opportunities:
1. Improved Inventory Monitoring: A major challenge for
growing companies is tracking and monitoring their
expanding inventory levels. NetSuite ERP utilizes barcoding,
RFID tags and serial numbers to keep tabs on your inventory
at every stage during the supply chain. These tools help you
keep track of inventory levels at different warehouses, which
items are in transportation and which items are on the shelves
ready for consumers. The increased warehouse visibility
optimizes the pick, pack and ship process greatly, removing
all the guesswork
2. Happier customers: The best way to improve customer
satisfaction is to provide client-centered goods and services.
NetSuite ERP provides this in a few different ways. First,
most ERP are equipped with a customer relationship
management (CRM) tool or can be easily integrated with one.
With an ERP, your CRM has access to data across business
functions. Along with contact information, an integrated
CRM can show you details such as order history and billing
information. This enables your team to see clients more
holistically to gain a better understanding of their wants and
needs. The increased customer visibility helps you formulate
sales strategy for improved lead generation. This is the
opportunity handed with the use of NetSuite software

3. Advancement in the softwares : There is always a need of
innovative technologies in the market. NetSuite as a software
developer company keeps in mind to advance the softwares
now and then. Hereby if the customer use Netsuite software it
profits the customer with the advancement in the software
which simultaneously help the organization development with
new technologies.
Threats:
1. Automatic Trust: Netsuite Cloud ERP systems are becoming
increasingly popular. This means that any data that you
choose to enter into the system isn’t stored locally, but is
instead stored by a third party cloud hosting service. There are
a number of advantages to cloud ERP; they can mean much
less work for your IT department, freeing them up for more
profitable tasks, they can save you money, and it’s less drain
on your internal networks. However, there is a slight
downside, and that’s the need to place 100 percent of our ERP
system security into someone else’s hands. Businesses need to
have peace of mind that their data is safe.
2. Delayed Updates: It’s reported that a whopping 87 percent of
business computers feature outdated software, including ERP
systems which are not up-to-date. If your version is currently
unsupported, it can make it difficult to rectify any issues, such
as crashes. More importantly, it leaves your business
vulnerable to risk. Updates happen for a reason; sometimes to
introduce new features, but mostly to address weaknesses that
have been identified in the software. The world of cybercrime

is changing constantly, and hackers are finding ways to get
around even the latest of measures. That’s why installing
updates as soon as possible is vital.

▪ Different additions one can think of are

as follows:
• As mentioned above in the weakness section of Netsuite
company they firstly should upcome all the weakness and
drawbacks which many organisations and the users face while
implementing the software.
• Netsuite users often complaint about its outdated interface
that is neither engaging nor easy to use. This leads to increase
training cost and sales process that’s much less then efficient
that it could potentially be. Netsuite here can make some
changes in there software so that the users may not face the
same issue.
• If thinking about the edition Netsuite can allow there users is
they can work some how in offline mode. So that it will make
things easier for there Customers as well it would differentiate
them from there competitors. Not all the things can work
offline but few things may work on offline basis.

• Additional to this edition they can also have a new technology
name as Chat Box. Chat box is a function which enables the
user to solve there issues and queries. User can easily type
there issues or difficulty in the chat box, and chat box will
help and clear it. It would be there online assistant who
would help them to resolve there issues with chatting in the
box
• There are many applications provided by Netsuite for there
Customers such as Accounting & Financial Management ,
Revenue management and many more are there. But apart
from all this function they can also add Advertising and
Market Guidelines Software. This software will enable the
organization or the users to help in many ways. They are as
follows:
1. Advertisement Software : Advertising software will
enable the users to design the layout needed for
advertisement . It can provide various layout and various
methods to advertise the product of there Business.
2. Market Guidelines Software: Market Guideline
software will help the user to have complete knowledge
about the markets. Aspects like competitors, customers
liking and many more things can be easily understood
through this software
3. It is very important to have knowledge about the
competitors and preference of customers. Netsuite as an
ERP software can also provide this two additional
software which will help the organization for there
growth and development.

• These were some edition which I personally think Netsuite
as an ERP company should develop.
Having a detailed study about Netsuite and looking at the
pros and cons of the company I can conclude that Netsuite
comprise of good software to have there ERP and CRM .
One can get Netsuite software and use it for there
organization in different aspects. Looking at the reviews of
the customer Netsuite is good software for the growth and
development of any type of organization. Then to one can
study and choose by there own.

▪ Here is an Overall Rating of Oracle

Netsuite :

system. All the information is web based so it very important to
secure data at a safe place.
Computer Worm: The distinctive trait of a worm is that it can
self-replicate and doesn’t require human interaction to create
copies and spread quickly and in great volume. Most worms are
spread though tricking internet users and are designed to exploit
known security holes in software. Since many employees use
their phones for work-related tasks when they are not within the
perimeter of their corporate firewall, businesses are at a high
risk for potential worms. If a machine is infected, the worm can:
corrupt files, steal sensitive data, install a backdoor giving
cybercriminals access to your computer, or modify system
settings to make your machine more vulnerable.

software itself was developed by one of the largest software
companies in the world, SAP (both the company and software
share the same name). Like any other ERP system, SAP has
different modules designed to streamline business processes
within any department at your company, connecting not only

which covers virtually every aspect of business management.
The SAP modules include human resources, finance, sales,

SWOT ANALYSIS of SAP Software

Strengths:
Delivering Efficiency in Work: SAP allows all data to be well
integrated with various databases. For this reason, this system is
able to streamline business processes so that companies can
collect data more easily and efficiently.
Increase Productivities: The SAP system can increase
employee productivity because the program is well integrated.
Complete Features: SAP has various analytical features, such
as evaluating performance as well as making decisions. The
availability of features allows this software to meet many
business needs.
Suitable for All Business Dimensions: The SAP system is very
suitable for use in almost all existing business dimensions. This
system provides flexibility for company growth, including small
and medium enterprises.
There is integration with E-Commerce: In today's digital era,
e-commerce plays a very important role. The existence of a
system that can be integrated with e-commerce will obviously
be very helpful for e-commerce businesses.
The existence of a module that makes work easier: There are
various modules that make up the SAP system. Each of these
modules has different functions in the same system. These
modules share information so that this can facilitate business
managerial obligations.
Consistent: The SAP system always prioritizes consistency,
both in the same division and in opposite divisions.

Data Cannot Be Replicated: Data stored in the SAP system
cannot be duplicated. This of course can ensure the
confidentiality of important data owned by the company.
Implementing Standardization: Every business process
recorded in this system will be standardized. Thus, the company
will have good standardization.

Weakness:
Although it has several shortcomings, this system also has
several disadvantages, including:

Relatively Expensive: The use of SAP requires relatively large

funds. In addition, the maintenance and upgrade costs are quite
large.
Demanding High Quality Human Resources: This system
requires qualified human resources to enter data precisely and
with timeliness. This makes the company have to spend more to
pay for the salaries of qualified human resources.
Quite Complicated to Use: SAP systems tend to have
complexities that make them quite complicated when used by
beginners.

Opportunity:

Automation: There are huge amount of opportunity available
for the SAP users with the help of automation. Automatic work
of records of data , record of finance, planning of schedules,
billing, etc. can be beneficial for the users.
Rapid growth: One of the best opportunity which SAP have
provided there users is the rapidly growing of the organization.
With the help of advanced features, technology, products it is
became the utmost opportunity for the users in various fields of
industry.
Security: Security can also be called as one of the biggest
opportunity for the users of Sap. Best security features are
provided by SAP for the customers who use it. Understanding
the Threat of hacking and loss of data SAP provide excellent
security to the users.

Threats:
Open access to controlled information : A security threat that
does happen can get out of hand if information isn’t securely
controlled. If everyone in organization has access to all the data,
then it not only gives hackers multiple points of entry, but it
means that hacking the device of a lower-level employee could
grant them access to top-level members of your organization.

Finding and conclusion

Use of the software:

SAP: ERP Leader Since the Industry’s Beginning

It is estimated that roughly 77 percent of all global
transactions come in contact with SAP software. There’s
a reason for this: SAP not only helped invent the ERP
space, starting with an integrated accounting solution in
1973 and leading the industry as it grew into what it is

today. It also is the largest ERP vendor and the 12th
largest technology company in the world, used by more
than 404,000 businesses across 180 different countries.

Most large businesses use SAP or its closest competitor,

Oracle, and SMBs also rely on SAP software; 80 percent
of SAP’s customer base is made up of small to medium-
sized businesses (SMBs), a surprising number given the
company’s reputation for powering some of the world’s
largest multinationals.

SAP certainly serves big business. But over the years, the
company has developed distinct product lines that serve
each segment of the market. There’s SAP Business One
for smaller firms, SAP Business ByDesign for growing
medium-sized businesses, and the company’s flagship
SAP HANA for larger enterprise customers.

Much of the underlying technology is the same, but each

SAP product line is full-featured and built from the
ground up for its intended market. A multinational has
different needs than a 10-employee business, and vice
versa. So, SAP has built appropriate solutions for each.

• Small Firms that Use SAP Business One

SAP Business One

SAP Business One is the company’s complete ERP
solution for small to medium-sized businesses, and it
handles everything from accounting and financials to
operations, sales and customer service.

More than 60,000 businesses use SAP Business One, with

most having between 10 and 200 employees and between
$1 million and $50 million in annual revenue.
Subsidiaries of larger organizations also use the solution
frequently. Industries that lean heavily on SAP Business
One include manufacturers, technical fields and business
services. SAP Business One also is used frequently by
retail, energy and waste management, healthcare,

construction, transportation and telecommunications
firms.

➢ Mini Melts, Inc. a Connecticut-based, world leader in

cryogenic pelletization. MiniMelts provides the leading
machines bringing cryogenic ice cream to tens of
millions of satisfied customers in more than 40
countries. They have truly revolutionized the world of
gourmet frozen desserts.

➢ Plascore Inc., a Michigan-based OEM manufacturer of

metal and plastic honeycomb cores for the automotive,
electronic and pharmaceutical industries with annual
revenue of roughly $26 million, uses SAP Business
One for managing it manufacturing operations in real-
time and handling supplier and customer relationships.

➢ For David Leadbetter Golf, a Florida-based golf

coaching and product company with annual revenue of
roughly $6.2 million, the biggest use for SAP Business
One is getting real-time insight into what its instructors
and 31 employees are doing for better overall
utilization. The company also uses Business One for
more precise inventory control.

➢ On the larger end of the SMB spectrum, California-
based jewellery company, QALO, which grew from
$29.4 million in revenue in 2017 to more than $100
million by the end of 2018, uses SAP Business One for
coordinating with its more than 500 retail partners. It
centralizes all its daily operations using the system, as
well as automating its more than 1,500 daily orders.

• Medium-Sized Firms that Use SAP Business

ByDesign

SAP_Business_ByDesign-1
SAP Business ByDesign is SAP’s mid-market solution
for fast-growing businesses. It is an entirely cloud-based
ERP system, unlike SAP Business One that is available
both on-premise and in the cloud. SAP Business

ByDesign also includes more than 255 integrations out
of the box, and it scales better for businesses that are
rapidly moving from SMB to larger enterprise.

That’s not to say that small businesses don’t also use SAP
Business ByDesign. While the largest group of users are
businesses with between 50-200 employees and between
$25 million and $250 million in annual revenue,
businesses with between $1 million and $10 million in
annual revenue and 10-49 employees are almost equally
represented. Manufacturing, Life Science, Distribution,
Technical and Business Services are the top industries
that use SAP Business ByDesign, but healthcare, energy,
education, telecommunications, finance and retail also
heavily use it.

➢ One example is Skullcandy, a Utah-based audio

electronics maker for the snow and skateboard market
with annual revenue of roughly $266.3 million. The
company uses SAP Business ByDesign for managing
inventory and sharing data with big box retailers,
handling compliance issues around being both publicly
and privately funded, and for scaling operations fast
without system disruptions.

➢ Another example is Rothy’s, a maker of 3D-knit,
sustainable shoes. In just three years, the start-up has
gone from an idea and a small stall in San
Francisco’s Ferry Building to pulling in $140 million
in annual revenue. They believe that beautiful,
sustainable style is the way of the future.

A much smaller firm that also relies on SAP Business

ByDesign is CeloNova BioSciences, a Texas-based
medical devices firm that manufactures cardiology and
endovascular products and has annual revenue of roughly
$3 million. The firm uses SAP Business ByDesign to
manage its complex supply chain, meet stringent FDA
regulatory requirements, and simplify both operations
and financial management.

For Virginia-based Aurora Flight Sciences, a developer of

autonomous systems for aviation with annual revenue of
more than $100 million, SAP Business ByDesign helps
the company manage government contracts and costing,
work with multiple currencies and suppliers around the
world, and track operations in a fast-changing
environment.

• Large Enterprises that Use SAP HANA

Then there is SAP HANA, the flagship ERP offering from

SAP that powers some of the world’s largest companies.
SAP HANA is used on premise, in the cloud, or as a
hybrid option for companies that want to mix cloud and
on-premise systems.

Companies with annual revenue of $1 billion or more are

the biggest users of SAP HANA, although companies of
all sizes use the solution, including thousands of firms
with annual revenue of less than $50 million. But larger
enterprises comprise the bulk of SAP HANA customers,
firms with more than 1,000 employees.

The list of businesses that use SAP HANA is long and

distinguished.

➢ The British multinational oil and gas company, BP,
based in London and with annual revenue or roughly
$222.8 billion, runs its vast drilling, refining and
distribution network using SAP HANA for everything
from managing logistics to tracking oil and gas futures.

➢ For Coca-Cola, headquartered in Atlanta and with

annual revenue of roughly 35.41 billion, SAP HANA
enables the company to manage manufacturing, sales
and distribution across much of the world, in addition to
overseeing employees and its vast supplier network in
real-time.

➢ Then there is 3M, the multinational manufacturer from

Minneapolis with annual revenue of roughly $31.66
billion. The company uses SAP HANA to oversee the
manufacture and distribution of more 55,000 different
products across 65 different countries.
Other well known firms that use SAP HANA include
ConAgra, BASF North America, Audi AG, Burger
King and Citrix, among many others.

These are just a few of the hundreds of thousands of
companies that power their businesses with SAP
enterprise resource planning software.
Firms that choose SAP for their ERP backbone are going
with a vendor that helped invent the ERP space, and one
that still leads the industry. They also are in good
company.

Strengths of developed software:

• Full range of business intelligence-related products
While not surprising for an old, established company like SAP,
it has to be considered a pro. SAP offers all required
technological units to leverage a data platform and reporting
tools at your company. There are a couple of options for each
product, so depending on your needs you may deploy on an
actual server or use the cloud. Cloud, on premise, and hybrid
deployment options are valid for nearly the entire product line
both in Analytics solutions and Database solutions.
• Seamless graphical user interface
SAP Business Intelligence provides a bunch of good instruments
with intuitive user interface. While it may require some time and
skill to learn how to use it (pretty much like any BI tool), SAP
user interface happens to be easy to understand. On top of that,
with accessing all the instruments from a single web-based

interface, it’s much easier to conduct onboarding for your
business users.
• Sharing functions and Microsoft Office compatibility
Having the access to data is not enough. The real value of
reports and insights you get from using business intelligence
comes with sharing this knowledge. So, there are two cool
things about it:
Nearly all the reporting or dashboarding instruments on SAP
Analytics solutions are armed with sharing functions. This
guarantees your employees or executives can easily share
valuable insights with each other. When we speak about
reporting, these can be reports in the textual format, visual
storytelling, or shared access to the constructed dashboards.
It’s also possible to upload the data into Excel or Spreadsheets
documents and share across organization the “traditional” way.
But if your primary concern is data security, you can provide
rules and permission either via database SQL permissions or
data management tools.

• Self-service tools availability for wider user audience:

Working with data requires a lot of data-specific knowledge and
engineering skills. While the main function of BI tools is to
automate the process of dragging data from a large storage and
introducing it to a user, sometimes they need the support of a
human agent. This job is often done by BI developers, ETL
developers, or a dedicated IT department.

SAP BI offers a number of self-service instruments
(BusinessObjects, Lumira) that provide a toolset for casual users
to cope with data. It doesn’t mean that your BI users won’t need
any help, but it will definitely reduce maintenance costs and
time spent on reporting-related tasks.

• SAP HANA real-time database and performance:

Considering all the aspects of SAP BI products, we should
mention the HANA database. The database provides real-time
data access, which guarantees quick processing of large amounts
of data and small response time. HANA database is also
compatible with different database management systems. That
makes data integration a lot easier within the whole
organization.

• Data Source Integrations:

We’ve mentioned the wide integration list with external sources,
but it deserves to be a separate point. SAP offers integration
with two of its own data storages (SAP HANA and Data
Warehouse). But it also covers external services such as Apache
Hadoop, Hive, and Hbase. This can be especially beneficial
when working with big data and using a BI interface as a data
exploration tool.

• Flexibility:

Most of SAP’s BI products are cloud-based, which are pretty
easy to integrate with and use. However, SAP also offers options
in deployment type for almost each of their products. Depending
on your preferences, it allows you to get a bit of flexibility in
terms of deployment, hardware maintenance, and system
management.

CONCLUSION:
SAP Business One is a considerably and powerful
ERP system that offers most of the functionality
that small- and mid-sized wholesale distributors
& manufacturers require. For distributors, it
enables to better serve the customers’ and
suppliers’ demand as well as for manufacturers it
can lead to leaner manufacturing processes.
However, it’s perspective is more focused on the
day-to-day operational business and not on more
far-reaching time frames and long-term
planning.
