Assumptions Sheet:

This sheet contains all assumptions made during estimation of effort.


Assumptions are made when estimating on the following components of the project:
- Effort/schedule
- Financial
- Resources (staff, Hardware and Software)
-Scope/Requirements

Effort Estimation:
To fill this up do the following:
1. Create a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
The WBS should contain ALL activities that will be done in the project. Decision-Making Activities, Review Activities
should be included
2. Define the estimated effort for each task. For the technical solution part of the WBS or the SDLC, the estimated effort should
be based on the Estimation Model that is defined for the project

Work Product & Product Size Estimation:


To fill up do the following:
1. For section 1, fill up the author name and efforts for each work product that is applicable. There are some work product that
is being default in the section. If any of the work product is not applicable to the project, please put n/a on all the field. Fill up
any other work product that is not listed in the list.
2. For section 2, fill up the Main Modules, Sub-Modules and efforts identified In the project.
