The Formula for Normal Standard Distribution in Excel/Gsheets is =Norm.Dist() or =NormDist() – parehas
lang yan

Ito yun parameters na kailangan ipasok sa formula

=NORM.DIST(x, mean, standard_deviation, cumulative)

Where,

x: yun hahanapan natin ng value para sa distribution


mean: alam niyo na dapat to, yun mean
standard_deviation: same sa mean, dapat alam niyo na rin to
cumulative: true or false parameter, kung cumulative distribution function(true) ba kukunin
natin o probability mass function(false) ba

Sample mula sa data natin

Ito yun ginagamit para makita yun bell curve, sa excel/gsheets pwede tayo mag-insert ng chart at piliin
sa chart type ang “smooth line chart”
Sunod natin na gagawin ay iedit yun chart, lalagyan natin ng values ang Series na part at X-axis.

Sa Series yun ilalagay natin yun listahan/result mula sa result – probability mass function – ito rin yun
magseserve as Y-Axis values ng chart. Sa X-axis naman yun ordered data.
Depende kung san col-row/cell nakalagay yun data, yun ilalalagay sa series at x-axis, sa akin nakalagay
na siya sa cola row56 and so on.
Ganito makikita niyo dapat na result.
Dagdag na rin, pwede natin icustomize yun mga labels/texts ng chart, x-axis at y-axis, explore niyo na
lang to. Pinakita ko sa gawa ko na inedit ko yun Title ng Chart.

Activity – Normal Distribution – Part 1

Using the data from the previous activity (session 1 – introduction), create the normal distribution graph
for it. Use either Excel or Gsheets for doing it.
