    GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS – CLASSES IX & XI
    SCHOOL REOPENING DATE 01.09.2021 SESSION: AFTER NOON
    TIMING – 1.00 PM TO 4.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
    1. Students should wear Face mask compulsorily while entering the School campus.
    It is recommended to wear a Three-layered N-95 mask (without any design).
    2. Students should report in the School campus on time in Full uniform with school
    shoes. Boys must have their shirts properly tucked in and must not wear low hip/tight
    pants, should have a trimmed hair cut with no coloring and should not wear ear-rings,
    bracelets, fancy watches or any such accessories. Girls must have a folded double
    plaited hair style only.
    3. Students must carry their own water bottles and snacks to School. The School shall not
    provide access for the use of Drinking water facility at the School campus. The canteen
    will not function.
    4. The Body temperature will be checked at the School entrance and sanitizer will be
    provided for which students should cooperate. Maintain proper Social distancing and
    step on the circles drawn in the ground and in the corridors. Walk one after the other.
    No crowding of students should be noticed at any place. No handshake or holding
    hands with each other. Enter the allotted classroom and sit in the given place only.
    5. Students are not allowed to share any materials needed for learning such as
    notebooks, textbooks, stationery, papers etc.
    6. Students must strictly adhere to the instructions given by the teachers in maintaining
    Social distancing.
    7. The Interval session will be lengthy than usual in order to facilitate ONE BY ONE
    movement to the restroom.
    8. Wastes must be thrown into the dustbin and Cleanliness must be maintained.
    9. Assembly, Culturals, Sports events will not be conducted.
    10. Do not fear about exams. Necessary guidance will be given by the teachers in order to
    face the Examination with confidence. Follow their instructions and study with utmost
    dedication. SUCCESS WILL BE YOURS
    STUDENTS SHOULD BRING THE CONSENT LETTER SIGNED BY THE PARENT AS PER THE GIVEN
    FORMAT ON 01.09.2021
