    1. Reference/s:

    a. Police Blotter entry no. 163 dated April 18,2022 and

    b. Spot Report dated April 18, 2022

    2. Please be informed that PEMS Peter Mark Tumitit, when he led his team of
    criminal investigators to the crime scene regarding the alleged robbery
    reported on or about 7:00 in the morning on April 18, 2022 at MP
    Construction Company Located at 641 Sales street, Sta. Cruz, City of
    Manila, was able to collect one (1) color black, Japan-made claw bar that
    was found below the stainless-steel grill back window of one of the toilets of
    the victim’s store, used by the suspects to enter the building. In addition, the
    suspects were identified/confirmed to have committed the crime of robbery
    including two (2) others whose names remain unknown but Joselito
    Batumbakal and Arnulfo Sieraul admitted the crime with the assistance of
    two (2) others in their sworn statement. Facts reveal driver was not a
    participant as he was commandeered by the suspects. Evidences
    mentioned above were recovered and submitted to the PNP Regional Crime
    laboratory, Santa Cruz, City of Manila. Witness statement was also taken
    and sent to witness protection for his safety.
