Disadvantages- airplanes release harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Airplanes have a negative impact on the environment. Planes emit gases and
substances such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur
oxides, lead, and black carbon. Airplanes can also bring destruction in other
forms such as bombing.

3. Magnetic Resonance Imaging

ADVANTAGE-to help diagnose or monitor treatment for conditions such as
tumors of the chest, abdomen or pelvis diseases of the liver, such as
cirrhosis, and abnormalities of the bile ducts and pancreas,
inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative
colitis heart problems, such
 as congenital heart disease, malformations of the blood vessels and
inflammation of the vessels (vasculitis); a fetus in the womb of a
pregnant woman. MRI is non-invasive and does not use radiation.
MRI does not involve radiation.
MRI contrasting agent is less likely to produce an allergic reaction
that may occur when iodine-based substances are used for x-rays and CT
scans.

The optical fiber is lightweight and more compact.

Disadvantage-
More complex transmitter and reception equipment are essential.
Fiber is more vulnerable to fiber flux at greater optical power;
consequently, the optical fiber may be broken.
Splicing them is more difficult and complicated, and costly to maintain
than splicing wires.
It is an expensive investment or installation and maintenance.

Advantages
Improves comfort levels at work as well as leisure.

insects.

Sometimes indoor air pollution is greater than outdoor air pollution. If
indoor air contains allergens, you may suffer from nasal issues,
headaches,itchy eyes,difficulty breathing and dizziness. In extreme
cases, pneumonia and asthma attacks can also develop.
Spending long hours in air conditioned of offices or home you may cause
also suffer heat intolerance when you go outside.
If you suffer from allergies in the summer months, running air
conditioning constantly worsen your symptoms if AC system has not been
regularly maintained.

9. Artificial Embryos
Advantage-
It offers possibilities to curing medical conditions.
It keeps the embryos from being destroyed without purpose.
It is capable of turning embryonic cells into models of genetic
disorders.
Disadvantage-
Many say that "We should not mess with human life" and "Humans should
not be trying to play God"
. Another disadvantage to using embryonic stem cells is the fact that we
do not currently have a complete understanding of them. Embryonic stem cells
and induced pluripotent stem cells can sometimes divide uncontrollably, forming
tumors and growths made of unwanted tissues.

10. Cell-free Fetal DNA Testing

Advantage- During prenatal cell-free DNA screening, DNA from the mother
and fetus is extracted from a maternal blood sample and screened for
the increased chance of specific chromosome problems, such as Down
syndrome, trisomy 13 and trisomy 18. This screening can also provide
information about fetal sex.
Disadavantage- cfDNA screening does not test for all genetic
conditions, and a negative result does not ensure a pregnancy is
unaffected. There is limited evidence for the clinical performance of
cfDNA screening for microdeletion syndromes, and the routine use of
cfDNA to screen for these conditions is not currently recommended.

3. Write a pledge on how to lessen further elevation of global warming.

Summary:
Buhos is a documentary film hosted by Senator Loren Legarda which shows about
climate change and global warming. She discussed the factors and effects of
climate change as well as providing us realistic ways of addressing this
phenomenon. The factor that causes the climate change are pollution, factories
and industries, consumerism and commercialism, waste of energy and population
inflation. From these factors, it can cause animal extinction, El Nino
phenomenon, agricultural threats, different kinds of diseases and also floods.
Buhos makes us realize the current condition of our planet especially in our
country as the video was taken only in our country. We can conclude that
climate change is not just a phenomenon, but this is the one who will
extinguish all living things and our environment. After I watched the video, I
make realizations to myself. I realize THAT IT IS VERY WRONG TO us to make or
do a things that can harm or damage to our planet it can affect to us people
living in this planet we people ignoring about this information that possible
can end of this world.
Pledge: There are many changes we can bring about in our life both big and
small to prevent global warming and save our planet. Firstly, we must stop
deforestation in all forms. Do not cut down more trees as it will only worsen
the level of carbon dioxide in the air. Instead, encourage people to plant even
more trees to create a fine balance in nature.

Moreover, it reduces the usage of energy everywhere. It does not matter if you
are at your home or at your office, the higher the energy used the more the
carbon dioxide produced. Thus, do not waste electricity as it requires the
burning of fossil fuels. As a result of the burning of fossil fuels, greenhouse
gases in the atmosphere increase rapidly and contribute to global warming.
Moreover, reduce the carbon footprint and do not travel through planes that
often.

Most importantly, replace all your ordinary bulbs with LED lights. It will help
in reducing the use of energy by a massive amount. Similarly, do not waste that
energy. Instead of becoming more dependent, we need to reduce our dependence on
fossil fuels and electricity right away.

Opt for eco-friendly options like solar energy and win power. Take up the habit
of recycling and reusing. Do not throw away things instead learn to reuse them
properly. Further, carpool with your neighbors and relatives to not contribute
to automobile exhausts and emissions.
