Farewell Script
Farewell Script
INTRODUCTION
RITIKA
“Don’t be dismayed by good-byes. A farewell is necessary before we can meet again. And we meeting again, after
moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends.” well said by Richard Bach.
So, ‘Today, they must smile or even cry but not forget these memories, they dare not try.’
And how can we forget that the day which celebrates the crucial part our lives……that’s you……all lovely women
‘So, here’s to all strong women.
May we know them
May we be them
May we raise them….’
Happy women’s day!
We wish to make this day a memorable one for all you lovely people. Without much ado, let the event begin.
INTRODUCTION OF 4 BOYS
RITIKA
Today, we all are gathered here to celebrate the Farewell of the batch who were the pioneers of the amazing institution we
are a part of. It is my pleasure to introduce them to you.
I would like to call Mona ma’am and Vandana ma’am to hand over the memento to all of them…..
Mr. Arham Gothi, a diligent, self-disciplined and courteous student.
Mr. Atharv Singh Thakur, a confident and brave boy of the class.
Mr. Shivraj Mulik, a responsible, studious and the giggling boy of his class
and Mr. Taha Moiz- an enthusiastic and inquisitive learner.
Thank you ma’am!
This school has been brightened by their efforts. Taking this into account, let's give them a huge round of applause.
JOURNEY
NEHAL & MAHI
It’s almost time to say goodbye
But not just yet, so please don’t cry
What an awesome year it’s been
And here we are, so near the end
You listened and learned, you worked so hard
From then till now, you’ve come so far
There were some bumps along the way
But we had fun most everyday
Now you’ll move on and start again
You’ll have new goals and make new friends
Please know you’ll always be a part
Of fond memories and of our hearts….
"As we say bye, you shall be waving hello to new opportunities in your upcoming life and we wish you all the best
for that."
We have lots of memories of this place which shall remain with us forever. This beautiful school will always be an important
part and parcel of our lives.
Furthermore, we will miss those little moments of fun- whether it be playing in the playground, chilling in the class or chatting
in the corridors.
Our school has given us precious memories that are truly priceless. The day when we all first walked into the school premises
is still fresh and new in everyone's mind.
This wonderful journey of Yale started in 2016, when a new curriculum was introduced in Betul which is the Cambridge
curriculum. They were and are the senior most batch of this school. We all had many different activities and also welcomed
many teachers and new classmates in our groups. The time we spent on the trips was unforgettable. And how can anyone
forget the journey of our Bangalore, Coorg and Mysore tour? That is the best memory we made with Yale and it was a time
to mingle up with everyone and enjoy every day and every time. That was insane, a very different experience for each and
everyone. The bond between us grew stronger after that tour.
Besides all this, we spent a great time together during the different tournaments and competitions held in the school, both
class wise as well as house wise.
We were also introduced to the council leader and election system in school which was so much fun.
We also learnt many things while doing the symposium and exhibitions and organising events.
Nevertheless, the time spent with Yale, learning from them while preparing any surprise for the teachers or any other
celebration was very fruitful and will always be memorable.
Furthermore, we are sure that the values of our school have filled us with so much confidence that we can readily take on
any challenge. So, walk into your new journey courageously with your head raised high.
Wish you best luck for your future!
TEACHER’S VIDEO
MAHI
The duties of a teacher are neither few nor small, but they elevate the mind and give energy to the character.
A teacher's job is to take a bunch of live wires and see that they are well-grounded.
So, hold your breaths because the teachers who taught you previously wants to share some sweet memories and best
wishes with some guidance for your successful life ahead.
I'm going to give you a brief overview of how exactly you need to play this game. The game’s name is “Identifying
faces”. As we all know, we have many teachers and students present over here, teachers can also guess but
only Yale will answer.
In the first round, each one of you will be called and asked to guess the face of the student and to which the
face is merged with. Every correct answer will reward you 10 points.
In the second round, you all will compete for scores, the video will be played and you are supposed to raise
your hand the highest to get a chance to tell the answer. The one who identifies the fastest will get 10 points.
These scores will be added with your name and can let you win the Mr. Farewell trophy.
The judges of this game will be Adi ma’am and Meenal ma’am.

RUBY MAM PERFORMANCE
RITIKA
As we all know that farewells are not to say goodbyes but to start a fresh beginning. People say that where words fail, music
speaks, So, in a lighter mode, to bring delight in this reunion, put your hands together for Ruby ma’am to sing a beautiful
and melodious song for us.
(After the performance)
Call Mona ma’am to speak
Call Faizan sir to speak
STUDENT’S VIDEO
MAHI
Age appears to be best in four things; old wood best to burn, old wine to drink, old authors to read
And old friends to trust,
Old friends become more and more precious to us as the years pass. They can look at us for who we once
were and who we are now, admiring our struggles, our accomplishments, and the ways we have stayed true to
ourselves.
So, some of your old classmates sent wishes for your new journey.
SASHES DISTRIBUTION
RITIKA
And with this we proceed to the main attraction of the event, announcement of titles! Each of which will highlight
a special, positive and funny feature of the recipient. Everyone can guess the title for a particular student.
But…
I would like to call Shivshankar sir to grace our seniors with their titles.
CAKE CUTTING
BHAVYA
To end this beautiful ceremony on a sweeter note, we would like to call all Yale students to cut their farewell cake along with
Deepali ma’am.
(After cake cutting)
Now I would like to call all the lovely ladies present here to cut the cake on the occasion of women’s day.
