Introduction

Summer is a vacation and break season but somewhat it makes people


irritable and stress in a depressive way, if we continue to get a hold of it
harm will affect your mental and physical aspects ,why not keeping it
cool and refreshing to try a healthy fruit salad and ice cream as toppings
sounds fun right? It makes your cravings for sweets satisfying at the
same time with healthy benefits fruits comes with picture perfect angles
to share with family, friends and collegues.

This pandemic situation had increase the positivity rate of individuals


that neglects to participate in physical activities.Also, the high risk of
gadgets usage had affects the eating habit and productivity of a person
everyday unlike the good days.Some people feel the unnecessary
symptoms that change their body figure and attitude towards other
people.

Fruity Cream Hauz is a new snack store located at Patin-ay


,Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. The store is named for the innovative way
of making fruit salad and ice cream as toppings on a new exquisite
level. It will allow the customer to try fruit related food that minimize their
toxins by keeping the body physically fit and healthy. This would satisfy
the cravings of those who have sweet tooth and body conscious type
that would be a great day to start with cool and freezing treats in any
season especially daylight summer.

To protect and promote the right of every consumer to gain what they except by
allowing them to experience and to have a feedback in terms of the services
provided by staffs and people behind the business.It recognized the Consumer act
which is The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is an Act of Parliament of the United
Kingdom that consolidates existing consumer protection law legislation and also
gives consumers a number of new rights and remedies. To put it simply protects the
interest of the consumer, promote his general welfare and to establish standards of
conduct for business and industry of Republic act No .7394.This business will upheld
rights and continue to give a good quality of products that has a friendly costumer
care service.

To create a local opportunity, growth and impact to every community and outside the
country.The resources should be utilized well to protect a healthy environment in
near future adapting a eco-friendly materials in developing the product which instill
the safety, affordability and the benefits it gives to every consumer.

expected to reach 0.8kg by 2023. Furthermore, children aged up to 15 accounted for
the highest consumption of ice cream in 2018, with a 40.9% volume share.

Chapter II. Project Background and History

2.1 Business Background

The concept of fruit salad was probably introduced during the US Naval Era,
perhaps in the early 1900s. While ancient CHamorus ate mangoes, papayas, young
coconuts (månha), bananas and other native fruits, the mixing of a variety of fruits
with a sweet sauce is distinctly Western.An ice-cream-like food was first eaten in
China in 618-97AD. King Tang of Shang, had 94 ice men who helped to make a dish
of buffalo milk, flour and camphor. A kind of ice-cream was invented in China about
200 BC when a milk and rice mixture was frozen by packing it into snow.

A new snack store that offers a product that is rarely found in the market. A
product that will surely grasp the curiosity of those who love fruits and sweets. A new
product and a new taste to most people for it was only introduced in other
countries.This business plan will be a guide to people who are curious about the
product.

The Business Name is inspired to those who wants to achieve healthy living
because “Fruity Cream Hauz" which basically stands for “Ice cream in a fruit salad”,
shows that the entrepreneurs offers the product in the "Hauz" or place. By gathering
information regarding the trends in the market nowadays they can definitely tell that
the product they sell are different from those ordinary fruit salad for they innovate
the flavor from time to time to meet the interests and suggestions by their customers.

The Fruity Cream Hauz is a manufacturing type of business for it produces


salad in a variety of fruits and fruity-flavored ice cream which is made by hand by the
entrepreneurs. It is under the Food Industry contributing to the economy by
introducing it to the country for it is still not well-known by the people and it is a great
addition of consuming it as a daily snack and a lot of people would be interested with
it because they will taste a new flavor they never had before.
2.2 Business Philosophy

“Health comes first, choose fruits”.

Amidst this pandemic change the habit of every individual from crowded into
limitation and percentage to accommodate customer as target consumer of every
product and services offered by entrepreneur.This small business wants to promote
that the business philosophy shows the kind of products the business will sell and it
is about fruit ingredients in making a healthy ice cream over the fruit salad. The
variety of fruits that will be used to have different flavors and will have a vibrant. This
is to make the product appealing to the customers. “Health comes first, choose fruits”
is all about the entrepreneurs encouraging the people to try the handmade products
which is an innovation of having a flavorful fruity ice cream at the same time the
salad in a unique way.

Fruit Salad Fruit salad is a dish consisting of various
kinds of fruit, sometimes served in a liquid,
either their own juices or a syrup. In
different forms, fruit salad can be served as
an appetizer, a side salad, or a dessert.
When served as an appetizer or dessert, a
fruit salad is sometimes known as a fruit
cocktail (often connoting a canned
product), or fruit cup (when served in a
small container).The product consist of
pineapple,apple,papaya,watermelon,
avocado,grapes, mango, and cherries.

make a mango flavored ice cream: 2 cups
whole milk,1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup fat-free
powdered milk 8 eggs (yolks only
needed),1 cup heavy whipping cream (OR
half-and-half - regular or fat-free OR light
cream for lighter more ice cream, more like
gelato),1 teaspoon vanilla extract,3 cups of
prepared flavor(Mango) placing the ice
cream as toppings of fruit salad.

papaya, watermelon,grapes,
mango,banana, and cherries) in a bowl to
make a avocado flavored ice cream ;2 cups
whole milk,1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup fat-free
powdered milk 8 eggs (yolks only
needed),1 cup heavy whipping cream (OR
half-and-half - regular or fat-free OR light
cream for lighter more ice cream, more like
gelato),1 teaspoon vanilla extract,3 cups of
prepared flavor(Avocado)placing the ice

ice cream :2 cups whole milk,1 cup sugar,
1/4 cup fat-free powdered milk 8 eggs
(yolks only needed),1 cup heavy whipping
cream (OR half-and-half - regular or fat-free
OR light cream for lighter more ice cream,
more like gelato),1 teaspoon vanilla

Fruity Cream Hauz is a new snack store located at Patin-ay,
Prosperidad,Agusan del Sur . The area is near hospital, offices,and schools campus,
so it is beneficial for the business because it can easily gain customers specially that
the target customers of the business are the students, children, teachers and staff
and people who likes to eat sweets.

stores. Furthermore, the entrepreneurs can be a supplier for catering services
providing desserts to be offered in their service.

To be introduced to the market, they ought to make use of attractive hand bills
and flyers and distribute it to the target areas in and around the neighborhood to
create awareness and also to give direction to their snack store, place
advertisements on community-based newspapers and radio, and implement a social
media strategy so they can increase business recognition like indulging on the
internet and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other
platforms to promote their business.

cream.The competitive edge of the entrepreneurs is their innovative fruit salad ice
cream with a affordable price for the target customers. They are offering the
customers a completely new experience and higher quality product. Their indirect
competitors is Rose Bakeshop these competitors are substitute stores that also offer
snacks and can be easily accessed by a lot of people since it is near offices, other
establishments, and schools around the business location.
Chapter IV. Production Plan

4.1 Production Process

Ice Cream

1. Prepare all the needed ingredients and materials.

2. 2 cups whole milk

3. 1 cup sugar

4. 1/4 cup fat-free powdered milk

5. 8 eggs (yolks only needed)

6. 1 cup heavy whipping cream (OR half-and-half - regular or fat-free OR light


cream for lighter more ice cream, more like gelato)

7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8. 3 cups of prepared fruit (avocado, mangoes, orange,milk or chocolate.

Instructions:

Step 1 - Pre-Freeze ice cream maker's gel container

Step 2 - Heat the milk, sugar and powdered milk

Step 3 - Separate 8 egg yolks

Step 4 - Whip the egg yolks until thickened

Step 5 - Slowly add 1 cup of the hot milk mixture

to the egg yolks.

Step 6 - Pour the egg yolk mix into the pot of hot milk

Step 7 - Add the light cream (or half and half) and vanilla and refrigerate

Step 8 - Prepare the fruit

Step 9 - Mix the milk/cream mix with the fruit


Step 10 - Fire up the ice cream maker!

Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1.Variety of fruits including(mangoes, pineapple,apple, grapes, cherries, banana and


papaya).

2.Condensed Milk or Kremdensada(Condensed and Evaporated Milk)

Instructions:

Step 1 Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2 Wash and slice the fruits into diced.

Step 3 Serve in a bowl and add with sweetener.

Fruit Salad Ice Cream

Procedure:

Prepare the bowl with fruits and add the ice cream on top.

5.1 Form of Business

The form of business that the entrepreneurs will engage into is Partnership
because the business is more likely a business that does not require a large range of
workers. It is only a small business with only 5 partners namely Charles James,
Jomar, Shely, Aleeza, and Cris Jane.The partners will have a function and
contribution in the business that includes the management, production and
marketing groups. Each partner contributes to the capital of the business for its
property, equipment and materials, and ingredients. Mr. Charles James will be the
head of the business, responsible for leading and managing the business venture.
Mr. Jomar, Ms.Sherly, Ms.Aleeza and Ms.Cris Jane will provide their skills in the
production process while Mr.Charles James,Ms.Aleeza and Ms.Cris Jane will be
responsible for the marketing strategy of the business.

managing the operating and marketing team, as well as facilitating money

Operations Manager (Jomar)– He is responsible for facilitating the


production of fruit salad ice cream so as to make sure that the business will
meet the expectations and needs of customers.

Production Staff ( Sherly)– She is responsible for the preparation and


mixing of the ingredients.

Cook (Jomar and Aleeza)- They are responsible for the making of ice cream
and slicing fruits.

Production Staff (Aleeza)– She is responsible for the cooling and finishing
process of the cooked cookies.

Marketing Manager (Cris Jane)- She is the one who manages the
production team and lead the process of producing the product promotions of
the business.

responsible for selling and promoting the products to the customers.
