In order to provide a more bias free and user-friendly
experience to our applicants, we have introduced a
game-based assessment.
Once your application is accepted by a recruiter, you
will receive an email invitation to a quick set of games.
These have been designed based on traditional
psychometric (IQ) tests. Each game takes
approximately three minutes to complete, so it should
take you no more than 15 minutes.

Video Interview
We know that you are so much more than your CV – so now it’s time to bring your resumé to life!

You will receive an email invitation to our video


interview portal and you will have a few days to
complete it.
Our recruiter will ask you a few questions. With each
question, you will have time to prepare your answers.
Once you start answering, you will need to complete it
within the time assigned to the question.
We will not be there on the other side of the camera in
real time, but we will watch your responses once your
session is complete.

STEP 3: INTERVIEW

It's time for us to meet!


At this stage of your application process, you
will be invited to either an in-person
interview or a virtual interview. This will give
us a chance to get to know you better and
you will get to learn more about the role and
its benefits. Please note that you may be
called for additional rounds of interviews
depending on the role requirement.

QUESTIONS
What will be the language used in the process?
The language of the application process is English. All the
questions in the HireVue video interview will be in English.

Do I need to use a separate microphone?


You will be required to use the microphone and camera of your
device throughout the process. You will need a separate
microphone and/or camera if the one installed in your device is not
in working condidtion.

Is AI going to access my video interview?


All HireVue video interview evaluations are completed manually by
the recruiter and line manager and will also be rated by AI. 14
I am a special needs indiviual. Would this affect my
application?
