(Hereinafter the Noticee No. 1 and the Noticee No. 2 shall collectively be referred to as the
“Noticees”)

Dear Sir,

We are a Law Firm, CPS Legal, having its registered office at, E-78, LGF, East of Kailash, New
Delhi-110065, we serve upon you the following notice :

1. That, we are a law firm, providing legal assistance to banks, financial institutions, private
equity houses, real estate developers, multinationals and corporate houses.

2. That you, the Notice No. 1, are a Local Business, engaged in the business of providing CCTV
Surveillance solutions and carrying on your business activities under the name “Fresh
Security Systems”. You, the Noticee No. 2, are the authorised representative of Noticee No.
1.
3. That in the Month of July, 2021, you, the Noticee No. 1, desirous of installing CCTV cameras
in our office, had approached us. Pursuant to the discussion between us and the high end
promises made by you, the Noticee No. 1 regarding after sale services, we were lured into
installation of cameras by you, the Noticee No. 1.

4. That on 23/07/2021, you, the Noticee No. 2, installed CCTV cameras in our office, CPS
Legal and provided us a bill for the same.

5. That in the month of November 2021, we began facing difficulties because of faulty cameras
installed by you, the Noticees. That, despite prior assurances (in writing) and numerous calls
by us to fix the cameras, you, the Noticees failed to offer service and rectify the problem.

6. That we are a consumer as defined under Consumer Protection Act-1986 as we have


purchased the (goods/services) from you vide your receipt dated 23/07/2021 by paying an
amount of Rs. 19,000 (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Only).

7. That, the above said act on your part has caused us great loss and damage besides mental
tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money. You are hereby asked to
replace/refund the said goods/services immediately within one week of receipt of this notice
failing which the we shall be free to launch legal proceedings against your act of unfair trade
practice and deficiency of services and shall seek the refund amount already paid to you with
interest and damages for which you shall be liable.

8. This is without prejudice to all other rights and entitlements that we may have against you
under Law and Equity.

9. Please take notice accordingly.

10. Copy Retained.
