I, Mr./Ms Designation : do hereby undertake on behalf of

1) To pay transmission & wheeling charges for sale to APDISCOMS or 3rd party or Captive sale.

2) To provide letter of credit for payment of transmission and wheeling charges.
3) To pay Scheme cost/supervision charges to APTRANSCO.
4) To bear the construction cost for (i) Pooling Station (ii) Lines from Pooling Station to Grid SS.
5) To buy/bear the cost of land required for bays at APTRANSCO SS and hand over the assets which includes metering bay and equipment at power plant
premises, line from metering point(outgoing feeder of power project) to Grid SS and bay equipment at Grid SS to APTRANSCO as per clause 3-ix (a&b) of
T.O.O(CE-Construction-2)Ms.No:20dt:23.11.2012 and Clause-14 of APERC regulation 3 of 2017.

6) To pay Deviation Settlement charges fixed by APERC.

7) To provide Interfacing Meters as per relevant regulations.
8) To abide by all SLDC instructions including (i)To provide SCADA (ii)To provide LVRT (iii)To provide QCA (iv)To back down generation as directed.

9) To comply with CEA (Technical Standards for connectivity to the grid) Regulation 2007, APERC regulation, APSLDC and APTRANSCO instructions from
time to time.
10) To install the WTGs/Solar panels as per the GoI specifications.
11) To submit the BG for Rs.5 Lakh/MW for first 12 months and thereafter Rs.10Lakh/MW till commissioning.

12) To submit BG within 30days from receipt of the connectivity permit, failing which connectivity permit will be cancelled without intimation.

PERMIT CONDITIONS

Connection permit is issued subject to following conditions :

1) Developer shall pay transmission & wheeling charges fixed by APERC from time to time.
2) Developer shall issue letter of credit for payment of transmission/wheeling charges or both as the case may be equivalent to two months charges for the period of
connectivity within 30 days of issue of this permit failing which his connection permit shall stand cancelled.
3) The permit for sale of power to DISCOM shall stand terminated upon termination of PPA with DISCOM.
4) Developer shall pay scheme cost/supervision charges to APTRANSCO.
5) Developer shall bear the construction cost for the following (i) Pooling Station (ii) Lines from Pooling Station to Grid substation.
6) Developer shall buy/bear the cost of land required for bays at APTRANSCO SS and hand over the assets which includes metering bay and equipment at power
plant premises, line from metering point(outgoing feeder of power project) to Grid SS and bay equipment at Grid SS to APTRANSCO as per clause 3-ix(a&b) of
T.O.O(CE-Construction-2)Ms.No:20 dt:23.11.2012 and Clause-14 of APERC regulation 3 of 2017.
7) Developer shall pay Deviation Settlement charges fixed by APERC.
8) Developer shall provide Interfacing Meters as per relevant regulations.
9) Developer shall abide by all SLDC instruction including (i) To provide SCADA (ii) To provide LVRT (iii) To provide QCA (iv) To curtail generation whenever
directed.
10) Developer shall comply with CEA (Technical Standards for connectivity to the grid) Regulation 2007, APERC regulation, APSLDC and APTRANSCO instructions
from time to time.
11) Developer shall install the WTGs/Solar panels as per the GoI specifications.
12) Developer shall submit unconditional BG within 30days from the date of receipt of this connectivity permit for Rs. 5 Lakh/MW for first 12 months and
thereafter Rs. 10 Lakh/MW till date of commissioning failing which this permit shall stand cancelled.
