Automatic Noodle Making Machine

Noodles are a high demand food item required in a variety of dishes including chowmein, hakka
noodles and a variety of dishes. Preparation of noodles from batter is a tiring process and
difficult to be done by hand. Depend on the high demand the supply of noodles requires a tireless
process to keep up with the huge demand.

So here we propose a high output noodle making machine that can tirelessly output perfect
noodles continuously without stopping to serve a huge audience. The machine makes use of a
batter/dough funnel with some mixers coupled with roller arrangement to output noodle sheets.

These sheets are then pulled by the next roller arrangement in order to straighten the sheets for
next step. The upper roller arrangement is used to pull the noodle sheets and straighten out flat
for further process. The next and last process has a custom designed roller arrangement designed
for slow pulling and cutting the sheets so as to get thin noodles from the noodle sheets
.
This entire process is driven by motorized setup so as to drive the entire system and continuously
output standard size noodles throughout the day.
