    I, PIUS MURICHU WAICHIGO of P.O Box 4177-40200 Kisii and a resident of in Kisii
    County in the Republic of Kenya do hereby make oath and state as follows:-
    1. THAT I am a male adult of sound mind hence competent and capable to swear this affi-
    davit
    2. THAT I am a licensed court process server duly authorized to serve civil processes in
    this Honourable court.

    3. THAT on 23RD FEBRUARY 2021 I received copies of petition,verifying affidavit,list of


    witnesses, witness 13TH NOVEMBER 2018 from the petitioner herein with instructions
    to serve upon the respondent .
    4. THAT on the same day at around 10.00 am accompanied by the petitioner I proceeded to
    Sensi location where the home of the respondent is situate and upon arrival I met the re-
    spondent at his compound and after a brief introduction and the purpose of my visit I ten-
    dered the aforesaid documents requiring his signature.
    5. THAT he accepted service by retaining a copy and signed my principal returned to this
    honourable court duly served.
    6. THAT I now return my principal copy to this honourable court duly served.
    7. THAT what is deponed herein above is true to the best of my knowledge, information
    and belief sources whereof disclosed.
