            1. Make room in my schedule so that I may take the ASB class for at least one term.
           
2. Maintain a 2.0 GPA or above.
           
3.Maintain a 2.0 or above in citizenship.

I have read the above conditions an do agree to all of them. If I fail to meet my requirements, I
will be removed from ASB.

Eligibiltiy
 
Eligiblity is based on the students most recent quarter report card, and the effective date for
either gaining or losing eligibility will be the first school day after the first report card grading
period are issued to student. No period of probation will be allowed, but an eligibility committee
established by ASB Executive Board may review extenuating circumstances for those student
failing to meet eligibility requirements.
