How an organization of your choice motivates its people

to perform their jobs?

There are some ways on how an organization motivates their employees: 

1. Recognize Great work

One of the most important factors that contribute to employee motivation is


to recognize their hard work. If an employee puts a lot of effort into their
work and they are being recognized they will continue to be a high-
performing employee. They are being motivated to improve their jobs even
more. 

2. Acknowledge employee achievements

Another factor that can boost the employee motivation is to celebrate their
hard work. By simply giving applause to employees and letting them know
how much their contributions move the organization forward has a large
impact to motivate an employee. 

3. Create a friendly work environment

Employees spend a large amount of their time working in an organization


or office. So, by simply making their workplace in an organization
atmosphere friendly, welcoming, comfortable and appealing as possible, the
employees will be motivated and more than eager to go to work every day.

4. Encourage teamwork

Teamwork is one of the greatest motivators out there. Try to remove any
bureaucracy and hierarchy within the organization and create an ‘openness’
to new ideas at any level and working together as a team keeps employees
motivated.

5. Stay positive
It is important to find ways to inject positive experiences into the employee
to create a net positive workplace. A simple shift in bias toward positivity
and happiness can have an immediate impact on employees' work
experience and relationships, which are major factors in success,
motivation, engagement, and productivity.

6. Rewarding employees

Try giving simple incentives to hard working employees. Giving incentives


to employees like bonuses has a large impact to motivate an employee to
improve their jobs even more. Rewarding employees could also be a part of
the organization benefits.

Every organization has different methods on how they will motivate their employees.
There are some ways on how an organization motivates their employees. It is important
to motivate the employees of an organization because if an employee is always motivate
they will reward you with greater dedication and a positive perspective for the
organization's future. Do not forget that an employee who enjoys coming to work is a
worthy investment. Try boosting your team happiness as well.
