While logging in, Error: Please check the role code and status in CDCMS for this mobile
no?
Kindly make sure that the mobile number entered as username in HPGas Vitran app has the role
of delivery boy in CDCMS portal with status as active. Also make sure his number is not assigned
to multiple users in CDCMS.
I am not able to find the cash memo from Download/View cash memo menu?
Please ensure that the cash memo is in “PRNT” (Printed) status and it should be assigned to that
particular delivery boy who is logged into the app.
What are the different modes for Delivery Authentication in Delivery confirmation?
We have 5 modes for Delivery Authentication (DAC) as below:
1. DAC: It is the OTP the consumer receives on the registered mobile number during
booking.
2. Ezygas Card: The last 4 digits of the consumer’s existing Ezygas card is used for delivery
confirmation.
3. Master DAC: For cases where DAC and Ezygas card are not available, the delivery boy
can request for Master DAC to the distributorship through HPGas Vitran app.
4. QR Code: Option will be available shortly. This is scan the proposed QR Code on the
Consumer Gas Book.
5. Card Reader: Option will be available shortly to read the EzyGas Card through POS
Machine
Till when is the Master DAC valid?
The Master DAC is valid for 1day (the day it is requested) till 9:00PM. In case Master DAC is
required the next day, it should be regenerated again and approved by distributorship.
Where can I see the payment status for payments made through the app?
Payment will reflect in the same Refill Payment report in Sales portal where the existing SBI, HDFC,
BPPS etc are appearing and it can be identified by the keyword “PHICOM” under gateway column.
PHICOM stands for Phicommerce Payment Gateway Additionally, the pay status can be checked
in HPGas Vitran app using Payment Payment Status menu by putting the 6 digit consumer
no.
I have entered correct user Id and password and having good internet connection, still
it keeps on showing loading…?
Go to Settings Apps App Info (for Vitran) Storage Clear Data Clear Cache
and then re-login.
