Brain storming:

1. Using waste product to recycling and decorate


2. Creating unique formula for one or two product: like recipe of
coffe. The coffe shop

the drink. After that, we could sell the bundled items
3. Promote: using all of the channel, for the first step, using facebook and large of social media is not
effective, for that reason. We using the promotion by the customer check-in, after that, they will
get the bundled items like small cake.
4. After get enough loyal customer, we using media channel, also extend the service.
