Log on to : https://www.ultimatix.net

Username : Your TCS Employee No


Password : Default password is ChangePwd@ddmmyyyy (Where ddmmyyyy is your Date of Birth)
Should login in 24 hrs post generation of EMP ID.

Note : Post the 3rd incorrect attempt the login will get locked

The below mentioned 2 actionable need to be completed as soon as you get the
employee No.
1) Email ID creation
2) TCS ID Card

1) Email ID Creation:
Employee Services -> Global ESS -> Select Email/Signature
Webmail login
To access TCS Webmail:
1. Type https://myapp.tcs.com in the browser.
2. Login to the SSL VPN portal with your Employee ID and Ultimatix Password.
3. Click the Lotus Webmail icon to access TCS Webmail services. Here User name will be your email ID
and password will be ChangePwd@ddmmyyyy (DoB)

2) TCS ID Card – How to get the TCS ID Card?


Send the below docs/details from your TCS mail id (use personal mail id if
there is anay issue with your tcs mail id) to me and your RMG Spoc. BMS
Team will get the ID card printed. Once ID card is ready, will update you to
collect the same from Office.

 Pssport size photograph - Should have White Back ground


 Emp no :........ & card No ............ (Ultimatix -->Emp Self Service->GESS-->My
Profile->Lost\Damaged Smart Card-> Card History)
 Screen shot of iSecurity Quiz score-- minimum score is 80%.
 Blood Group
 ID Can be collected only from Deccanpark.

iSecurity Quiz
Learning & Collaboration-> iEvolve -> Courses - > Mandatory
Trainings-> Information Security (iSecurity) awareness
Course (Course ID 43893). Then complete the iSecurity Quiz
(Course ID 7408).

3) Timesheet Entry:
Applications->Projects, Delivery & Sales ->Integrated Project Management
System Launch (First Box)Timesheet Entry ->update Branch\Location Details
Give WON NO-> select WON details->Fill 9 hours for a day.Time sheet has to be entered from your Date of Joining
on daily basis. Please use theWON on which you are allocated of that particular project you are for filling time
sheet

Ultimatix App - Navigation

Login to ultimatix in your mobile phone. There you will be able to download ultimatix apps under Mobile apps
category.

Install Ultimatix Apps and you will see many apps including Ultimatix Authenticator in the listed applications.
Install Ultimatix Authenticator as navigated. This is the Authenticator which will give you Authcode.

Same process to be followed for downloading Time Sheet Module also.
