-2 (2-ounce) cans
anchovies (in olive oil,
drained)
-2 cloves garlic -2
sprigs thyme (or 1/4
teaspoon dried) -1
1/2 tablespoons Dijon
mustard -3
tablespoons red wine
vinegar -
Black pepper, to taste
-2 cups virgin olive oil

-Gather the ingredients


-Combine anchovies,
garlic, thyme, Dijon
mustard, red wine
vinegar, and pepper in a
blender or food
processor. -
With the machine
running, add the olive oil
in a thin stream and
process until the mixture
is thick and smooth.

-2 avocados, pitted and


diced -¼ cup sour cream
-¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves -juice of
2-3 limes -Kosher salt, to
taste - splash of water

-Add all sauce ingredients to a food processor.


-Process until it forms a smooth, creamy consistency.

-1 small onion -1 tomato


-1 chili pepper (I used a poblano from my garden, but you can go as spicy as you want with this recipe) -salt-
red chili powder, to taste -1 1/2 cups
ground egusi -1/2 cup water (or as
needed)
