Answer all the questions

1. Calculating Students Performance.


A) Enter the following details of 10 students data in column wise.
Sl.No, Reg.No, Student Name, Sub1_Mark, Sub2_Mark, Sub3_Mark, Sub4_Mark, Sub5_Mark,
Sub6_Mark,TotalMarks, Average, Result
B) Calculate the Result, Pass or Fail based on the condition. The student has to get more
than 39 marks in all the subjects (marks>=40) for getting “Pass” otherwise “Fail”.
C) Calculate the percentage of Pass students.
D) Count the number of students who passed in Subject5 and Subject6.
E) Count the number of students who failed in 3 Subjects.
F) Find the student name who scored highest marks in at least three subjects.
G) Find the student name who has less average but a Pass student.
H) Find the student name who has comparatively good average but Fail.

2. Calculating Employee pay bill.


Prepare a pay-bill using a worksheet. The work sheet should contain Employee Id, Name,
Designation, Experience and Basic Salary and Job ID. If Job Id is 1 then DA is 35% of the basic
salary. HRA is Rs. 6000 and CCA is Rs.4000
If Job Id is 2 then DA is 30% of the basic salary. HRA is Rs. 5500 and CCA is Rs.3000. For all
the other Job ids DA is 25% of the basic salary HRA is Rs. 3000 and CCA is Rs. 2000. For all
employees PF to be deducted 12%. For the job ids 1&2 Rs. 400 to be deducted as
Professional Tax. Those who completed 5 years’ experience gets additional allowance
Rs.3000 per month.
 
A) Find the net pay.
