 Location
-As it is located in the city of Butuan, any necessities are accessible especially
transportation. It has an excellent access to the airport for they offer shuttle
bus. One of the reviews said that the great factor this resort has is its location. It
is near to SM Butuan and does not take long to be in the national road. It is also
a walking distance to department stores, malls, bars and eateries. This casual
hotel is also 2 km from both St. Joseph Cathedral and the National Museum -
Butuan Branch which makes it a great location to do recreational activities,
sightseeing, and dining.

 Space/seating availability
- They offer different venues depending on what the client’s want. It is spacious
and the place has a good ambiance. One of the reviews said that for several
training sessions he had attended here, the service is excellent, they have good
facilities, including projector, sound system, good lighting, and cool air-condition

suitable for big gatherings. Probably the best hotel and convention center there
is in Butuan City.

-The overall space is huge and you can move freely. It is approximately 4
hectares that you have to walk around 200 m to go to you room. The venues are
spacious especially the convention hall that you are going to use. It has a 300-
person capacity however due to Covid-19, restrictions and protocols are being
followed. The rooms are also of great space, good for sized families. The parking
area is free and wide, accessible to any kind of vehicle.

 Cost and logistics


-The price is worth the site. They provide staffs that can assist you on the 2-day
event. The process of reservation and checking in is convenient and efficient.
With their accommodating staff, the logistics services are being provided and
give you a cost-effective preparation for the event. The technology for
presentations and seminars are well-conditioned and other participants or
vendors will be managed.

-This place is open for a goodwill purpose wherein you can also gain business
relationship and sponsorship. This is also one of their assets for in the long-term

- The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. They are having a
pleasing personality and welcome you with a smile in their faces. You can
see also that they have a high standard when it comes to hiring people. This
place becomes a better place also because of the services that the staffs
offer. They are friendly and will attend immediately to your needs. The
security is good, there are cameras in each corner and the security guards
are roaming all around.

and to the airport, Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk. They also have outdoor pools,
restaurant, bar, kid’s playground, golf course and an open space. They also
offer a full-service laundry and room service for participants that will stay in the
rooms of the event. Also, their comfort rooms are just around the corner with
accessibility to other guests with disabilities. Lastly, the equipment they have in
the convention hall is well placed.

-As it is spacious, it is open for equipment and technologies you can bring
inside. They have projectors, television, speakers, microphones and sound
systems that you can use in the whole duration of the event. They have also
emergency services in case of power shortage. You can easily access their
internet and other equipment. They have also closed conference rooms and

they are very open to what exactly what you want. It is important to book
them ahead of time for they are known as the second best hotels in the city
and it will be inconvenient if you book late specially March is a peak season
because of summer vacationists. Room reservations must also be done
ahead of time. In the case that you want to change or use another room for
conference you can ask them ahead of time to see the availability. The very
venue you have selected for the 2-day event will be reserved for you and
open to participants of your event only. The signed official contract will be
provided for legal purposes.

 Ambiance and accessibility


- The place is like an oasis in the city, a gem that has the ambiance of nature
despite being located in an urban place. It has pool, golf area, and other
recreational space that you can enjoy while you stay there. With the trees
surrounding it, you cannot feel that you are in the city. It is also accessible to

place for conferences and special events there is always improvement of
