That I, MANUEL P. HALLIG , of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with


residence at Divisoria Sur, Maddela, Quirino , after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law hereby depose and says that:

As a mechanic, I have personal knowledge that the original design of the


said Motor Vehicle is “MOTORCYCLE WITH SIDE CAR” but recently I
personally caused the Change of the Design of the above Motor vehicle to
“MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT SIDE CAR”, thus, the present New Design of the
said Motor vehicle is “MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT SIDE CAR”.

That I am executing this affidavit in good faith and to attest to the truth
and veracity of the foregoing allegations and for all legal intents and purposes
that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of March,
