Purpose: The purpose of the drill is to provide detailed guidance, effective evacuation and drill
and familiarization protocols to Emergency Response Team (ERT) members to any incident related
to fall from height .
Objective: To test and evaluate Azmeel evacuation response and Azmeel Emergency Response Team
(ERT) to any worker fall from height related emergency and rescue from the job site.
 To be able to practice the emergency notification and communication system.
 To verify the capabilities of the Emergency Response Team and their available resource.
 To familiarize Azmeel ERT with the required emergency response procedures to be
taken during such an emergency.
 To know and improve any weak points observed during the exercise.
Mock Incident Description:
On the 26thof February around 2022, at around 14:30 Hrs, worker were installing roof top in car wash
area suddenly one worker fell down due to slippage and was suspended in air with a full body harness
attached to the approved lifeline of 9 meter hight Area Safety called the Safety Supervisor.He called
the ERT team and ambulance to Fuel Station area activities in fuel station area are on hold Safety
Supervisor activates the emergency protocol and Informs the SAPMT meanwhile Ambulance and ERT
team reached the spot and evacuate the worker suspended in air . Traffic plan initiated for the smooth
and quick departure of ambulance. Worker shifted to nearby clinic for first aid.

 Summary of Exercise:
Fall from height emergency rescue drill conducted in TCF2.All the management was invited to observe
and give their feedback on emergency drill .A personal slipped during roof top installation work in car
wash area due to slippage and was hanging in air with full body harness attached to the approved
lifeline of 9 meter height .Site Forman informed the area safety .He informed safety
supervisor .Safety supervisor initiated the emergency protocol .Informed SAPMT and called the
ambulance .ERT team reached at spot at 14:37 Hrs and evacuated the Injured personal and shifted to
