b.)Discuss the provision of feedback & instructional support
for learners
c.)Thorough discussion of Parental consent & pledge of
commitment
d.)Elect a set of HRPTA Officers
e.)Other matters / concerns

Accomplishment: The Covid-19 Pandemic requires that educators


build on best practices that strengthen home-school
relationships and communication. These practices include
student-centered conversations, flexibility, and cultural
competency with the parents.

In line with the DepEd and DOH joint Memorandum


Circular No. 01, s. 2021, or the Operational Guidelines on the
Implementation of limited Face-to-Face modality, dated
September 27, 2021, the Senior High School Department hereby
instructed by this office to conduct PTA Meeting on April 01,
2021.

Parallel to this, the section VIRGO spearheaded by
Mr. Richard A Acedera conducted a specified content of the
agenda in which the parents landed a concrete affirmation on
the implementation of limited face to face classes congruent
on the snap of parent’s consent and pledge of commitment

Also, given the current public health crisis and the


accomplishment during the conference are the following:

In-person Parent-Teacher Conference and Meetings


 Safety Protocols
o Ensure there is enough space for social distancing
o Set up common locations and classrooms to support
social distancing
o Make masks mandatory and provide masks for those who
do not have one.
o Create hand sanitizer station
o Check temperature of attendees during the
distribution and retrieval of modules
o Establish protocols to conduct deep-cleaning before
and after the event.
 Scheduling
o Consider hosting multiple Back-to-school activities
to reduce the number of attendees.
 Provide families with information related to the delivery
of special education service and mental health.
 Seek input about the child (observations, highlights, and
areas of need)
 Grading system and its bases
 Required documents and academic records to be submitted
 Flow of approved teaching schedule
 Orientation on the conduct of early registration.

And so, all of these had discussed and accomplished with the
participation of parents and teachers’ involvement.
