Notes:
(1) For teachers adopting the modular approach: On all RPMS objectives with COT rating sheets/inter-observer agreement forms as MOV, the MOV shall be complemented with any annotated
document (e.g., module, screenshot of instant messaging, note/s showing instructions, narrative) indicating occurrence of follow-through, monitoring, etc.
(2) Objectives 1-18 carry a weight of 5% each, while Objective 19 (Plus Factor) with a weight of 10%.
