Internet of Things and Intelligent Peltier Cold/Hot Air Conditioning System

This paper proposes developing a new air conditioning system using Peltier modules based on the thermoelectric effect, which would be more eco-friendly than current systems using harmful refrigerants. An intelligent controller would monitor and control the system using an IoT-connected smartphone app. Related work has explored portable thermoelectric cooling systems and modeling thermoelectric behavior, as well as using IoT and edge computing for remote monitoring and control of devices like dehumidifiers to optimize their usage. The proposed system aims to reduce the size, power consumption, and environmental impact of air conditioning.
