Rationale

 To enable health care workers and health care users to measure and evaluate clinical
practice against set standards.

Aim of the Audit

The Aim of this audit is to highlight the discrepancies between actual practice and standard in
neonatal and child health service area in order to identify the changes needed to improve the
quality of care.
