• It is important to inform the client regarding of the preparations that they need to follow
before the actual massage, it would help us to know any medical condition and irritation
that might trigger during the activity. We can avoid such things to happen by simply asking
them about their medical conditions.

2. Proper diet and Nutrition


• It is important for us to know the proper diet and nutrition in order for us to have a
healthy lifestyle. It is also essential for us to have even a small insight about these,
because it may serve as a guide on what are the food we should avoid or restrict
ourselves.

3. Importance of home advice to clients


• Home advice is very essential for the clients because it involves them in the treatment
and encourages them to take control of their condition.
