Responsibility
The position of the event director is the most important and also the topmost position on
the hierarchy chart of an event management company or team. He/she is the one
responsible for directing and looking after the smooth functioning of the entire event.
1) Event Coordinator:
He sits at the top most level of the authority.
He is responsible for managing all staff members below them.
Their role is to coordinate the detailed work required in order to ensure the
events runs smoothly and according to the plan.
They are responsible for coordinating with all event professionals and ensures
that business operations are efficient and effective.
