Disposal Procedure of PPE

1) Used personal protective equipment from people with COVID-19 symptoms should be disposed of as clinical waste in double refuse bags and labeled as "USED PPE." 2) Used PPE from people without symptoms can be disposed of as normal domestic waste in refuse or trash bags. 3) All used PPE should be collected regularly from designated areas and kept securely for 72 hours before disposal with general waste.

Important Reminders!
*Wash hands regularly before and after using PPE
*Wear of medical-grade face mask for school personnel when collecting/handling the leak-
proof yellow trash bag
