□ Confirm the Lyrics of Songs
□ Ask the Audience for Feedback (But not
while Live) Asking for feedback during the live stream may create a negative situation that interferes with the online worship.

Starting Your Live
□ As soon as you start streaming from OBS to your platform, your audio can be heard. Make sure you mute your microphone until you are ready to go.
□ Very much related: make sure you unmute your mic
when you start
□ Make sure you desktop audio is muted.
(To avoid desktop audio fed into the live feed and thus live video was playing in the background. It will create a worst audio infinity loop.)
Use CODEC for OBS before Live Streaming
□ Know that there is a several second delay between
what you are streaming and what your viewers are watching.
□ Check the comments of your live video at the
beginning as that will let you know whether people can hear you or not. FOOTNOTE: FOR WORSHIP TIME. MAKE SURE THE VOLUME IS AROUND -10dB MEDIA TEAM Streaming CHEATSHEET Prepared By: Leah Gonda, Khenneth Chia CHECKLIST LISTEN TO THE SONGS MEDIA TEAM (FOR STREAMING) LEARN THE SONGS
While You Are Live
□ Watch the comments in your livestream. Viewers will let you know if the video or the audio is bad, or if something else is going on that you are not aware of.
□ If there are questions or comments from viewers, be
sure to engage them. Obviously you can't do that if you are leading worship, but a reply to a comment after the fact will let your viewers know you were paying attention.
□ Keep an eye on the Program view of OBS;
you always want to be aware of what people are seeing.
