Category/ Sub-Categories in techmate too for better support to the Oracle users. Please find the
details below for your ready reference.
The ticket will be first assigned to the Level 1 team member. You are all requested to check, update
and resolve the tickets in timely manner. If L1 engineer needs to escalate the ticket to next Level
(i.e. Level2), he must need to put the remarks with valid justification in the ticket to transfer the
ticket to L2 team member.
For your more support, IT Helpdesk will share the Dashboard of In-Progress Tickets of Oracle with
the team every three hours.
