PROCESSING QUESTIONS AND ANALYSIS

1. How do you feel about the implementation of the curriculum development process of
the school that you have visited? Explain.

 Developing curriculum starts from students hindrance to achieve proper learning,


even the smallest problem that the teachers being observe it should be reported to
their higher ups so that if the curriculum effectiveness is not evident it can be change.
On the other hand if its successfully effective it can’t be stagnant it should be
continuously innovated by the curricularist.

2. What specific things can you do to improve yourself, as a future teacher, to be more
adept in the curriculum development process?
 As a future educator, I need to be more knowledgeable about how curriculum works
so that I can produce students that I know can cope up with this progressive world.
Also to be a successful facilitator of learning in the 21st century workplace is likely to
mean mastering human skills such as communication and collaboration that cannot
be replicated, make your students comfortable to you as a teacher in that way you
can easily identify and observe what needs to be improve in curriculum and in your
teaching style.

INSIGHTS AND REFLECTION

What insights and reflection can you derive from this specific field study experience?

 Curriculum is not just a word or an input of education that needs to be implemented


in a matter of time, it is a complicated scheme that needs a lot of works,
study ,proper research by the curriculum experts to be able to implemented. As a
future educator we need proper information and insert more effort in understanding
this stuff so that we can execute and share knowledge in proper way without giving
burden our future students.
