ARTICLE 1 – Name and Purpose

Section 1 – The name of the organization shall be the “Music Club”


ofTiaong National High School

Section 2 –The main purpose of this club is to offer a place for vocalists
and musicians to use and hone their talents, explore different types and
styles of music, and provide entertainment to the Community of Tiaong
National High School and the surrounding community.

ARTICLE II – Membership

Membership to the Music Club is open to Students of Tiaong National High


School.

ARTICLE III – History/Activities

The club will meet regularly after class, perform and participate in other
club-related activities. And regular meeting every 2nd Thursday of the
Month.

ARTICLE IV – Government

Section 1 – The officers of the club shall be the President, Vice President,
Secretary and Treasurer, Sergeant-At-Arms/PIO/Ambassadors/PRO and
voting members nominated and elected by a simple majority. The
Moderator and officers, with input from club members, shall decide upon
club rules, activities, and other club operations.

Section 2 – The President shall be the chief executive officer of the club.
The President shall supervise the total club program and shall preside at
club and Board of Director meetings. The President shall appoint all
committees and shall represent the club, as required, at meetings of the
Argonne Club. The President shall be elected by the club members.

Section 3 – The Vice President shall assist the President in carrying out the
club responsibilities, acting as an alternate or second delegate to meetings
of inter-club organizations. The Vice President shall lead member recruiting
efforts and promotion of the club throughout the School community. The
Vice President shall be elected by the club members.
Section 4 – The Secretary and assistant Secretary shall keep the current
club roster, a record of all board meetings and club meetings, and serve all
meeting notices. The Secretary shall also oversee creation and
maintenance of the Music Club page on Argonne site. The Secretary shall
be elected by the club members.

Section 5 – The Treasurer and assistant treasurer shall keep and prepare
all financial records and transactions of the club. The Treasurer shall be a
member of any committees concerned with finances or fund-raising. The
Treasurer shall be elected by the club members.

Section 6 – The elected Officers will be elected annually by a simple


majority vote of members .The elected officers will serve one-year terms.

Section 7 – The officers shall appoint other club members to carry out
additional functions as defined in the By-Laws.

Section 8 – Vacancies in the office of an elected member of the Board of


Directors will be filled by a simple majority vote of those in attendance at a
club meeting.

Section 9 – Elected Officers can be removed from office by a two-thirds


vote of all active members.

ARTICLE V – Club Meetings and Board of Director Meetings

Section 1 – The Board of Directors shall meet monthly to discuss club


business and upcoming events. Club business shall be decided by a simple
majority of members present and voting.

ARTICLE VI –Amendments

These bylaws may be amended by an affirmative vote by the majority of


the club membership. The amendment must have been presented to the
membership in writing in advance and time allowed for discussion before
voting takes place.
ARTICLE VII – Property

All produced a property coming from projects and activities with be a


property of the club and the school .

The Club officer positions and their respective Duties and


Responsibilities
Each of the officers in club has certain responsibilities to fulfill in supporting the
club and its members. There are several officer positions within each club both to
spread the workload fairly and to expand the leadership opportunities for club
members.

Filling an officer role does not mean that you are required to do the job alone.
Being an officer simply means that you are responsible for ensuring that the job
gets done. As an officer, you are allowed - indeed, encouraged - to ask other
members of the club to help you fulfill your duties. Club election held each
curriculum year.

Preparing to Be a Club Officer

One of the most important things to do in preparing for a club officer position is
to attend one of the Club Officer Training sessions sponsored by the School or
Club adviser. (In fact, attending these sessions is one of the goals for helping make
your club a Distinguished Club.) Please make every effort to attend training so you
can receive the support you need to better serve your club.

Club Executive Team

Collectively, a club's officers are referred to as the club's Executive Team. The club
officer positions and their respective responsibilities are listed below:

Sergeant at Arms/PRO/Club Ambassador/PIO/Representative

President

The President is the chief executive officer for the club. The primary
responsibilities of this role involve the general supervision and operation of the
club.

The President presides at club meetings and directs the club in meeting the
members' needs for educational growth and leadership. In cooperation with the
other officers, the President establishes long-term and short-term goals for the
club.

In addition to his or her club role, the President helps each club member provide
a positive and supportive learning environment in which every member has the
opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills. Additionally, the
keep clubs focused and on track to achieve goals.

Vice President Education

The Vice President manages all educational programs within the club. The primary
responsibilities of this role involve ensuring that all members continue their
progress toward their own individual educational goals.

The VP plans, organizes, and implements meeting schedules to include speeches,


educational modules, and other events sufficient to meet both individual and club
objectives. When members complete a speech or other major achievement, the
VPE will sign or initial the appropriate documentation. New members will receive
orientation and be assigned a mentor by the VPE.

The Vice President manages the creation and maintenance of the club's image.
The primary responsibilities of this role involve both internal and external
communications.

The VP plans, organizes, and implements programs to maintain the positive image
of the club, audience consisting of guests, members and the general TNHSians.
Common activities in this role include press releases, publicity campaigns, website
maintenance, media representation, and club newsletters.

Secretary

The Secretary manages all record-keeping and correspondence. The primary


responsibilities of this role involve handling administrative details between the
club and club's documents available and up-to-date.

The Secretary maintains the club's records, including club by-laws and the club
constitution. Additionally, the Secretary handles and maintains new member
applications, updated membership records, supply orders, officer lists, and past
club records. The Secretary also records and reads the minutes for club meetings
and for meetings of the Executive Team.

Coordination

Treasurer

The Treasurer manages the club's financial health. The primary responsibilities of
this role involve handling the club's finances. The Treasurer receives and disburses
funds to further the operation of the club and its officers. All club accounts are
managed by this office.

Revenue Generation, Money Management, Policy Administration, Purchasing and
Consulting

Sergeant at Arms and Peace Officer at Public Information Officer/Ambassador

Manages the club's meeting facilities and decorum. The primary responsibilities of
this role involve all those tasks expected of the host of the meeting. Arranges the
room and setup for all meetings, sets out and cares for the club's materials and
supplies, and greets members - and especially guests - as they come in the
Meeting.

Consulting and Event Planning

The Jar head of the club…the club promise and main priority is to guide and enrich
their jar which represents their mind and heart to be filled or add with
knowledge, character and skills aligned to our vision and mission. Students taking
