AH3503 Linear Hall Sensor

The AH3503 series linear Hall-effect sensor IC from Nanjing AH Electronics features high sensitivity, low noise, and a linear output over a wide range of magnetic flux densities. It can be used in applications such as motion detectors, gear tooth sensors, proximity detectors, and velocity or current sensors. The IC operates from 4.5-6V and consumes 9-14mA of current. Integrated circuit includes a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, linear amplifier and emitter-follower
out stage. The output of the Ics change linearity with the magnetic flux density of the input.
