Minacs’s one of the application for Mazda US dealers, Dealers will sent mails out to
the customers for different purposes. Front end application developers will generate the files related to
the email sent to the customers and files will have list of customers received the emails, no of
subscribers subscribed the links in the email, unsubscribed, bounces, clicks, opens and how many
completed surveys. The files are placed in the ftp and there the files need to be picked and should be
loaded according to the reporting team requirements and then will perform analysis using that Data.

Roles and Responsibilities

● As a Power BI developer, I have involved in various phases of this project like Development,
Testing and support.
